Very well-equipped fitness centre, open as early as 10 am. We were able to use it even after checking out. Small sauna was also available and could be used after breakfast. Thank you very much. Late Checkin - very important for festival people who arrive late and want to enjoy hotel the next day. Large pool amazing. Unfortunately we didn't have our swimming trousers with us :) Coffee in the room. Shower in good condition.

Slightly old-fashioned interior. Mattress a little hard. Plenty of parking spaces, but still a fee?

The staff here did everything to meet our needs

Using room 413, a double room with beds pushed together we we surprised to find a light switch and socket directly behind the pillows, not the sort of place this should be, leaving us to assume that this was a single room in the past and now being used as a twin room as the headboard wasn't in line with the bed. The layout of this hotel maybe tricky for some to cope with and found this didn't help when the sign placed outside the lift when accessing this room were labeled with the wrong room number

The ambience is excellent. Rooms are super comfy with decent lighting and comfortable bed. Showers are very good and relaxing. The reception staff are very helpful and caring.

The service at the restaurant are slow. The food was served raw and the staff didn't even apologize. Even after we already complained about the raw food , there was no sense of apology shown and we had to wait quiet a long for the bill. We were only offered a composition and apologies after we talked to reception.

It is a nice hotel, just outside of the big city, so you get peace and quiet. Unfortunately, I wasn't able to use the swimming pool due to my stay, but from a previous experience, I know the hotel has good facilities. Also loved a little self-help supermarket for a late night snack!

There is no air conditioning in the rooms. We only later found out that there was a fan, but it was hidden pretty well in the room, so it would help if it was more visible.

one of the largest hotels in size , you need a map to navigate to the rooms , and a staff was very helpful guiding us when we got lost , but the hotel is amazing in a very calm are surrounded by woods , clean rooms , and available parking , so eventually , you can park your car nearest to your room . the story behind the hotel was nice , loved the stay with my family , highly recommended .and one more thing , price was very good .

The room was clean, surroundings of the hotel were quiet and green. We chose this hotel just because it is rather close to the airport and we had an early flight.

The room was small, no AC, just a portable fan. The hotel is absolutely huge, scattered on many buildings, had to make quite a „journey” from the reception to the room and back to the car, after a very long and tiring day. Maybe better signings would help.

The rooms are quiet, clean and reasonably equipped (safe, small fan, small refrigerator) for a short stay. However, some equipment was missing, for instance, shoe shine and sewing sets. The hotel's facilities are nice, specifically the sports centre. The parking place was good and priced reasonably. The breakfast was nice with reasonable variety. The staff are kind and helpful.

The rooms are rather old with little decorations. The room I stayed in did not have AC, however a small fan was provided. The lighting was not good, and the table lamp was not functioning.

The rooms were very much in keeping with other hotels, however as a disabled traveler I feel people with disabilities should be aware the rooms are located a long way from the reception with no facility to book a disabled room on booking.com

Breakfast options and quality were very good. Staff were excellent. We were there on both busy and quiet days, and there was no difference in the standard of service. Would definitely stay there again.
