Staff were very friendly and helped us with additional duvet for the pull-out sofa (kids are fighting over single duvet, so there wouldn't be much sleeping without it). Bathroom in our room needs needed refresh, there were few missing details. The toilet was separate from the bathroom but had no mini-sink to wash your hands, which is common in the Netherlands. There was playground and outdoor pool (closed due to weather) but the kids had fun! The playground and the rear garden was visible from the restaurant so I was able to enjoy glass of beer after a long drove while having an eye on the kids letting off some steam, which helped all of us fall asleep quickly and get fresh on the road next day. The dinner that I ordered around 9.30pm was delicious and reasonably priced. Breakfast was very good and the staff very responsive when we requested pancakes that run out by the time we arrived. Easy and quick access to highways. Overall very good experience.

The building needs a refresh but I cannot say that that affects the quality of your short stay. This is a typical accommodation for travellers or business visitors - not a vacation destination. The fact that It had a safe playground visible form the lobby and the restaurant/ breakfast area makes it a great pit-stop for families. There wasn't was anything that I really disliked.

Check in was excellent and the agent, then helped with me getting food later than usual in the restaurant. The food was excellent. Room was superb fitted out, the bed very comfy and after an 11 hour drive getting there from Northern Denmark was just what I needed. The Espresso machine in the corner was used... I didn't get to use the pool as it was outdoor, but it looked nice enough. A cold summers day kind of kicked that into touch.

Another great Novotel, a chain you can depend on. Perhaps my chicken salad was a little expensive, but the quality was high so it's just eating in a hotel. You expect to pay more.

The rooms were nice and the staff was kind

Even though it’s close to the airport, we couldn’t manage to get an uber from the airport to the hotel so we had to walk and the walk to there is not very pleasant at night. And the taxi to the airport from there was 20 euros and it’s only a 3 minute drive! This doesn’t have to do much with them but still location is not the best it could be for our situation. We booked a room for 3 and they didn’t take out the sofa bed, they just told us we can go pull it out if we want to which was a bit of a bummer!

Very convenient location, close to motorway, for a night stay while traveling. Excellent breakfast. And very friendly and helpful staff.

We arrived late, after 23:00, with hungry children and unfortunately there was no warm food available at the bar. Staff was very helpful and managed to get us some cold snacks. We don't normally eat that late so it isnotabig issue. But due to delays at the Eurotunnel it would have been useful at the time to have some warm food available.

The staff were kind , understanding and friendly we booked this accommodation last minute due to a horrible experience at previously booked accommodation the staff couldn't have been nicer They were extremely helpful and understanding of our situation 🙂 the rooms were clean and this hotel has a lovely pool / bar area also a little play ground and some games for the children my son really enjoyed this hotel and the staff where lovely with him I would definitely stay again Thank you

Convenient location, relatively close to Efteling where we spent our first day and very close to Nuenen, where we spent our second day. Ample parking at a reasonable price. Comfortable, quiet, and clean room (cot included as requested). Good variety at breakfast, good coffee. I loved the fact that there was an indoor play area and an outdoor little playground, as we have two young kids.

All was great. No complaints. We had a very positive experience.

Very friendly staff at check-in. Good breakfast and enough space for everyone, although the hotel was almost full. Very nice hotel, with clean and quiet rooms.

I knew I have booked an hotel some distance from the city center. There is no public transportation in the area and we used our car to travel to Eindhoven. So I paid the parking fee twice, once at the hotel (daily fee) and the second in the city, also daily fee (above 3-4 hours usually there is a cap). Many parkings in the city will accept only local cards, no cash and no international credits cards. Only after checking the payment policy online for some parkings we understood that.

The “sofa bed” is actually a foldable 2-person size bed and very comfortable. They also allowed us to stay in the dining area after our check-out to work on our laptops, and even order food which we could eat there without any problems too. And if you want to go for a swim after your check-out, you can ask for a few towels and change in the restrooms.

The pool (understandably) closes at sunset, but opens at 8am.

The staff is very welcoming. They are focused on clients' support and careful. They are open and attentive. Me and my family really appreciated our stay at the hotel and the special services on the Christmas eve. Thank you!!! ))

The location of the hotel is suitable only for cars or taxi accessibility. It's a bit far away for walking from the bus stop or to the airport. But the hotel's shuttle service is also very comfortable. Also, there was some dust under the bed but it's too normal for NL.))

Kindly staff. Hotel is very close to the airport. The swimming pool so cool. Clean room. Big garden. Good for couples or families.

Restaurant's menu is very weak. Loud neighbors. Example a woman talked on phone under our window at the whole night (9pm-2am) so we can not leave the window open but in the room was hot and there is no airconditioner. Fridge is very very small.
