The hot shower in particular is EXACTLY what you need after exploring the area's around. And the coffee in the canteen is EXACTLY what you need to continue your journey after your stay. Also the staff will happily explain things that are obvious to them, but not so obvious to us. Like the best way to walk to the closest metro station.

Although there was 0 noise during the night, I could hear the room cleaning person nocking on doors in the morning. Making me believe that if another guest is loud, you'll hear everything. Also I put the "please don't bother me"-sign on the outside of the door, yet, there she was knocking on my door 10 minutes before it was time to check out. She wasn't too rude or anything, but I'd just prefer if that didn't happen until after we checked out.

Convenient to where I was travelling the next day. Great parking - lots of it and free! I ate at the hotel of an evening - good menu selection.

My room bathroom had evidence of the past person who stayed (hair!!) which is a big no-no in my book. Service for dinner was very slow and I had to ask, after about 20 minutes, if my dessert selection was going to arrive.

We really didn't pay a lot for our stay. Also very near Rotterdam center, whether by car or metro doesn't matter.

The only thing were the beds actually. They were comfy but the footing was a little ripped, which isn't really as important. Also since they were twin beds put together and sometimes they came a little apart

Rooms are very nice and clean. The pillows could be a little better.

The location to reach is a little confusing when your close to the hotel. The roads cross over and GPS doesnt help either, but you reach there eventually and not completely lost. Might solve by itself with time. A few direction boards might help for the time being

The room was very nice,with really comfortable beds. The bathroom was very clean with a nice walk-in shower. The location is a bit far to the centre about 15-20mins away (we had to take a train and subway to get there) and about 15mins walk from the subway station. But all in all we really enjoyed our stay!

Bar staff were friendly and attentive even though it was busy. The breakfast staff were accommodating even though we were late. (thank you) The hotel security systems are effective without being cumbersome and irritating

The WiFi was good at breakfast but bad connection in room And very disappointed no bbc channels on tv We had very bad weather and having tv would have helped pass some time But overall excellent hotel food and staff Thanks Will stay again

The room was clean and decent in size, as well as the bathroom. The hotel is close to a metro station.

The windows had no nets and I had to deal with flies and mosquitoes. The ventilation in the bathroom was not working.

Good hotel for a cheap price. The food was good as well and the staff is friendly. The rooms and bathrooms are big and spacy and the beds are comfortable.

The lighting in the rooms is far from good.
