Room ( deluxe double)was in separate building (Botanica) a few minutes walk from main hotel and car park. It was quite spacious. Comfortable bed and pillows. Coffee machine and pods. Taxi to Den Bosch centre was around €20-€25. Reception staff very pleasant. Lovely outside terrace if weather is good.

No fridge in room, no milk for tea or coffee, only powdered creamer. Would have been good to have ironing board and iron but they were provided quickly when asked for. The safe was so high up in the wardrobe it was impossible to use unless we stood on a chair! No water provided as in most hotels we stay in.

Very nice hotel, but don't have high standards expectations. It is also a bit far from Den Bosh, so if it's taken for visiting this city, keep in mind that car is needed (or maybe public transportation works fine). The breakfast was very tasty and well diversified, but the view of the restaurant was impressive. People looking for nature will certainly fall in love with this hotel.

The EV charging station was far away from the rooms. Although we asked for a quite room, in the hotel ballroom was a party that was quite noisy. The bathroom of our room was open space with the sleeping area; while I agree that this is an interesting layout, I would still prefer the traditionally separated bathroom (that could be more for your bathroom at home, but no in line with exigencies of a hotel).

The hotel and grounds are absolutely fabulous. The girl on receipton was also so amazing and friendly, possibly the nicest staff we have dealt with the whole trip. We had booked the suite as it stated it had air con, turns out it didn't, however she was so accommodating and got us moved to a junior suite instead when the air con unit they moved to the room failed to cool the room down. Both rooms were beautiful and I would love to come back in a cooler period and stay in the suite as it is a beautiful room. Also I have to mention the mattress in the cot was a lovely mattress. Normally they are very thin and rock hard.

Disappointed the suited didn't have air con but like I said they were very accommodating and moved our room with no issue or hesitation.

I loved literally everything, from being welcomed by the butterflies at the entrance, noticing the beautiful surroundings, the red squirrels, the door that opens by itself on your way to your room. The fact that you guys had a sign saying “Ssssh, I’m listening to the birds singing” was what made me fall in love with this hotel! I loved sitting by the lake and watching the world go by. The leaves that were on the ground gave of an autumnal kind of feel (in spring) which is good because I love autumn! I love opening my window at night to listen to the silence surrounding the area. Vught is nice and quiet. And my stress levels were at an all time low during my stay. I even loved looking outside to see the stream flowing away, I even managed to see a stork there! My room was beyond excellent! Better than I had expected! (I stayed in Botanica) A double bed and a rain shower, state of the art lighting and a TV! It was very 5 star indeed! I lost my shower cap as of recently and it so happened that by coincidence that you had shower caps in the bathroom along with a hairdryer! I was overjoyed! But most of call I admired the staff’s service as well! I have been solo tripping since 2022 and this has been the best hotel that I’ve ever stayed in! As one who is a great admirer of nature. It’s also a nice 10 minute walk from Vught Station and the Albert Heijn store opposite it. Without a doubt, I would love to come back.

I have literally nothing bad to say about the hotel considering how wonderful it has been. I guess in terms of improvement, it would be nice to create a pedestrian entrance so that we could keep out of the way for the cars and bikes coming in to the hotel. But other than that, I’ve had the best stay ever!

-The location is simply beautiful. The property lies on a large, green estate. We enjoyed a very nice breakfast in a lovely terrace surrounded by garden. - I had to check in quite late, but the night reception provided a swift and easy access. - I found the bed extremely comfortable (mattress on the hard side, rather than soft - but not too much). - The overall design.

I stayed only 1 night, so what I'll mention was not a major issue, though I did not prefer or like: - The bathroom. It is not properly divided from the rest of the room. A glass door is the only element between the room and the shower/toilet area (not the best in terms of privacy); - I am aware that the property is in a big garden, however some spiderwebs were on the ceiling corners and a layer of dust was present. A little extra attention on the cleanliness would be suggested. - There was a "room pad", but it did not work.

I did not expect to be accommodated in a different building near by the original building. I booked the stay because I liked the look and the feel of the old/ restored property, but we ended up sleeping in a different newly build property near by. I felt deceived, because this room arrangement was not made clear when I was booking it. There were only pictures of the nice old property. I would not have booked it if I new that.

The modern rooms in the botanical building were designed with new energy saving concepts in mind, which is great to see! However, the room was very cold and we ended up using an additional heater, which the staff very kindly provided for us.

Very good guest service. I contacted the property beforehand asking if we could park our electric bikes somewhere indoors. Upon arrival the receptionist let us know that we could park the bikes inside an empty room where we could also charge them. All staff we spoke to were friendly and helpful. The food in the restaurant for dinner as well as breakfast was very good. Also, the hotel has a very cosy atmosphere. We would stay here again.

The location, the gardens, the breakfast although not on buffet et not in the same room as last time.

We arrived late, the receptionnist told us how to reach the botanic house, but it was dark, and we could not find it. No sign on the building, I recommend to put the name of the building on the door or on the wall. We had to go back, tired, with our luggage. The lady saw that we needed the help I requested and she came along. She showed us the entrance and then a door leading to rooms. I do not think we dould have found the room. So I recommend you to clearly describe the access, and put the name of the building not only on the arrow sign, but also on the door or wall.

The tranquil atmosphere, beautiful natural surroundings, welcoming staff, and immaculate rooms made for a delightful stay.

However, the noise from doors banging and people talking early in the morning can be quite disruptive, especially for those who enjoy sleeping in until 10 o'clock.

Magnificent place, very relaxing and sorrounded by a big green area. All the buildings look amazing and the staff is very friendly. The breakfast was delicious and full of choices.

The single room I stayed in was very small but just OK for 1 person. Almost all confort were available, but I would have appreciated if a TV would have been available. A part of this, nothing serious to complain about :)
