Comfy beds, clean facilities, friendly Staff: Shoutout to Dachmar, Aladdin and Jeff, made our stay way more fun. Its close to the Station and the city center, so if you are interested in going to Woerden, this should be your place. Also great base for day trips to Rotterdam, Den Haag, Utrecht or Amsterdam

Why did we chose to go to Woerden? No idea. Did we spend new years talking to the madlad Aladdin because nothing in Woerden was open and he's a good lad? Yes, it was really fun. Hotel was great though, just the breakfast is way too expensive, like 17 euros? Is it made of Gold? I dont know we didnt try it.

Location was good Woerden was a great find. Hotel backs onto a canal which was lovely. Plenty of places to eat locally a stroll away from the hotel into town. Lovely local park and walks. Room and bathroom was clean, beds comfortable. Breakfast was nice good range of options although a small breakfast space when busy staff did their best to keep foods topped up too. Nice touch sweets in jars in receptions to help yourself too.

Air condition worked well but only operated when card was inserted once in the room, it Soon cooled down once back in the room so that was good as it was hot during our stay. Really needed the fridge to keep some items cool, it didn’t get cool at all so assume not working which was disappointing! Water from tap green on running a bath. Cold water was fine it was from the hot tap. Didn’t effect our stay or use of bathroom though.

The room was quiet and clean, and the bed was super comfy. I had a room overlooking the canal, which also had a large bathtub; both were bonuses! When I checked in, the evening staff was super friendly. When I left, the morning staff was a little grumpy, but nothing too bad—it just goes to show how much a staff member can influence a traveler's impression of a hotel! Walking distance to the train station and town center.

Nothing. I would be nice to have an evening meal option but there are restaurants close by and the room has a fridge for supermarket buys.

Location, 6 minutes walk from station, same easy walk into very nice town. Staff were very helpful rebooking me into hotel at airport when my flight was cancelled. Room clean, spacious, all electrics worked, clothes hangers, tea/coffee, suitcase bench, tissues, pen/ paper, good strong shower, decent towels. Breakfast, continental style with warm bacon, eggs, buffet style.

The pillows are awful, but that's just Amsterdam style. Friend visited at breakfast time, didn't eat though and I was charged for his breakfast - awaiting refund.

Decent option in the heart of the Randstad, easy to get to either from Amsterdam or Rotterdam. Staff were helpful and welcoming. Room was modern, clean and comfortable. Breakfast is a buffet style and contains plenty of options. The hotel is handily located for the station or the pretty town centre. Overall a good place to stay.

Windows in the room could not be opened and so I had to use the air-conditioning. Breakfast service needs to be a little more observant as items ran out and weren't replaced for a quite a while as well as tables having empty plates on them for periods. Minor points really.

Nice room with good size bed and helpful friendly staff. The cold selection of food available for "boterham" was excellent but I am not a Nederlandse person whom likes that kind of breakfast.

It would have been good to have someone serve a cooked breakfast to order to obtain more variety. By day 4 bacon, omelette and pancake which were the only hot foods available were just not appealing. I also did not like the 300% mark up on a bottle of white wine La Compagna Sauvingnon Blanc at 28.50 EUR that I could have obtained in Albert Heijn for 7 90 EUR!

Everything was good. The room is large enough, large bed, comfortable bathroom with bath and shower. Variety of choices, delicious breakfast, delicious coffee.

I was with a small child, with a stroller, there is no elevator in the building, they gave me a room on the 3rd floor, it was not convenient to go up and down. I booked a superior room with an additional small sofa, they gave me a standard room. When I wrote about this to the administrator, they completely ignored it. There were no free parking places, I had to drive further along the street to look for where to leave the car and, again, with the child, return on foot to the hotel.

The building is very cosy. The room is very comfortable. We ordered the breakfast during check-in and was the best decision: The breakfast was delicious. Plenty of good options. The neighbourhood is quiet and beautiful. I loved my stay. I would come back in the future.

They could improve the pillows. Also, there was broken furniture in our room, but nothing that interferes with our stay. The room temperature was quite chilly when we arrived. The lack of floor heating is slightly bad. But it matters just during the winter. Last but not least, I think because we attended during a festival, the corridors were a bit noise and the sound isolation isn't that perfect.
