Booked a superior room. It was very large with a super king size bed and beautifully finished fitments . Bathroom was one of the best we have had on our many trips. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was superb with plenty of choice and set in a very nice restaurant setting. Would highly recommend this hotel to anyone thinking of stopping in this area.

The room is very comfortable, I had a lot of fun during my stay, in addition it was very fun to host a friend who came to visit, a high level restaurant with a very good level of service and food, highly recommend!

I liked most things in the hotel but there was one thing that bothered me a lot and that was a bad smell in the bathroom (even though the bathroom was very clean).

check in was terrible, very slow, only one receptionist, issues with the customer in front of us, systems not working. took far too long. confusing map/pictogram of how to find the room, we were told we could drive into the pedestrian access points. no USB sockets in the room.

Large rooms, good air conditioning, good parking facilities and very easy access from the motorway for a break in a longer journey.

We didn't initially get allocated the twin room for the kids as booked, but staff sorted it out though the room ended up being a little walk away from our room.

There were only paper cups in the hotel room for your coffee/ tea which I find too bad for the environment if you only want to drink your tea inside, you do not need a paper cup..

Everything was perfect except for a rumbling noise in the building or surrounds at night from somewhere that kept me awake the whole night.

Good location and enough parking. Loved the coffee machine in the room and the room size.

No lift. lots of renovations going on so loud at reception. No nice view from room: more a motel than a hotel. TINY paper cups in the room by coffee machine I found tacky. A glass cup/mug is a MUST for tea/coffee.

The rooms are spacious, and both the dinner and breakfast at the restaurant were perfect. Highly recommended hotel; We would definitely go again, we had a great experience overall.

Expensive beer at 7.30 euro and also room price was high considered being in Groningen.. not Amsterdam
