Lovely big room and large bed. Very clean and comfortable. Lovely view from the lounge and deck area (sea view room). the weather wasn't the best so the photo doesn't do the view justice. Friendly helpful staff and lovely reception.

Lots of outdoor stairs up and down to get to the room and we couldn't park nearby at the time. Was difficult navigating the stairs at night esp in the wind and rain so make sure you have a torch handy to get safely to your room esp if you have a 'sea view' room. My elderly father stayed in a different room away from us and came up for breakfast. He took a long time trying to get up the hill then up all the stairs with an arthritic knee. Only had those little capsules of milk in the fridge, so if you like a cup of tea or coffee in the morning bring your own little bottle of milk.

Lovely, fresh, clean facilities and rooms. Helpful staff, good food, comfortable beds.

There's no basic bathroom necessities provided. No hand soap, no bath soap, shampoo/cond nowadays every accommodation provides these as standard so it was a bit silly not to have soap to wash our hands. Be prepared for the fact that this accommodation is set on the side of a hill. That means STAIRS AND SLOPES EVERYWHERE. We are young and fit but struggled dragging our suitcases up and down from reception to the room and then back up.

The location was good. It was close to a bus stop which was frequented often by buses to take you into town. The rooms were very clean and nice. The view from our room was absolutely stunning! Be preapred to walk up and down a very steep hill to get to your rooms as the resort is on quite a hill. I would definitely stay here again and visit the beach once it's summer time.

The pool was still closed even though they said it would be open as of the 31st of August but the spa pool can still be used.

The view itself was spectacular. The restaurant was beautiful with great food and we were lucky to be there at a time where it wasn’t too packed. Mini golf was a really fun activity to have.

It would be good to have a warning about the walk from the bus stop. A few of us (including other tourists taking the bus to accomodation) were a bit baffled by it. My partner did permanent damage to his knee so he found it difficult getting up the hill.

Beautiful view. Bed comfortable and nice linen. Shower good pressure. Swimming pool was amazing!! Clean and a lovely pool area.

Expected more for price. Lacking attention to detail.Coffee wasn't replenished for 2 days. No plunger coffee. No umbrella or shade on deck. Minibar and snacks available but way too expensive. Restaurant only open Thurs - Sunday.

The place looks exactly like the pictures, even better! Love the public jacuzzi, and pool. The view is stunning, overlooking Waiheke and the sea. Near to the Ferry and the Local supermarket (countdown). The staff were so accomodating and welcoming! There is also a restaurant so honestly, you can just spend the whole day and night enjoying your accomodation to the fullest!

Probably the stairs and walkways - you do have to walk quite a bit to access the restaurant, pools and mini golf if your Villa is far from reception.

It was super clean, customer service was awesome from the 2 ladies at the reception, they went out of there way to ensure that everything went well with our stay. God Bless you both! We will definitely be back!

The rooms and the scenery are beautiful. The staff are very friendly too. It's pretty central to the wineries and the food on site is awesome.

The outdoor hot tub was cold and low in water by the time other guests finished in it. It was supposed to be shared but the same group held it for hours. I think there should be some management over this.

Room was very spacious and clean, with a beautiful view. The pool was perfect after a hot day, we also hired the hot tub and this was very relaxing - especially with the amazing view!

Seems to be a bit of an ant problem, we left some dishes overnight and they were covered with ants in the morning.

Great location bus stop just down the road lovely freely people and will be going back in the summer the rooms were like a little house it was great

A lot of stairs going to room but my first time so next time I go would ask for a room up the top
