the place, the location, the people, and that everything is really close to the hotel

the bad was not that good, shower was liking and what I really don’t like is that people try to scam you. transportation is really cheap but because you are a tourist they charge you more, almost double. for example, I contacted transportation and I was like 2,900 km from the hotel they said it’s $3, even at the hotel they advertised $1 per km. The taxi arrived and when to pay with a $5 dollar bill and they didn’t give me the change. I told the lady they told me $3, she didn’t believe me and made me to show her the messages. So, that’s what I don’t like. I know they need the money and I can give those $2 as a tip but is mire about being honest with prices. I bet they will get more if they do what’s right

I loved it here!! Great pool, great bar/snacks cafè, good music, great rooms, comfortable beds, good cold air con, TV with satellite channels, beds made every day, good staff, kept clean, nice and quiet and a 2 minute walk to the main road. Oh, and breakfast included.

Check in took a long time. Lots of faffing about with bits of paper, more bits of paper, sign this, staple that to another bit of paper,. When I arrived they actually needed to see the email with my booking on, and I actually had to show them on my phone. Bit weird. Surely they should have my reservation in their system?

Breakfast was very good. I even gota breakfast to go for my very early trip. Staff, excellent, very friendly and helpful

To be a buffet, I believe they can serve a little more… some times after a long drive to reach the hotel in the morning, you can be a bit hungry. There was not any incident, but I believe we could use a security personal on the property.

The kids like the pool.

The staff were mean, sit at the pool with kids and try ordering I waited about 30 min before them attended, for Breakfast it's the same waiter that seems like he hate his job because he always seriously disturbing to attend one even to serve us at the buffet. He seems racist at my point of view. Anyways the hotel were ok other safe were great and very helpful.

The room was extremely comfortable, the staff always willing and ready to assist, the breakfast could use some new selection options, the room very relaxing and well kept , the pool refreshing , great location and very secure

I believe the furniture in the main lobby could use some upgrate as it is the presentation that guests see first and honestly needs change. It is my personal opinion , but because I really enjoy staying with them.

My husband stayed here and he liked the facility he said it was clean and he liked the service at the staff.

Friendly people and trying to improve regarding some bad feedback......just that rude receptionist....dont know his name, but treated me like I was asking to stay there for free....but the lady was very professional even though it seemed she was being trained....but she was very kind and did a great job.....because of her I actually stayed 2 nights....if it would of been the gentlemen.....I would of left right away.

Very big hotel with big spacious rooms, i had a issue with the original room they gave me and they made proper accommodations for me to change rooms. Internet was great and the cleaning lady came by with no issues to make sure everything was clean and fresh. Highly recommend

Breakfast were poor everyday, and last day I Ask for a to go cool breakfaast which they were supposed to prepared and I got nothing early in the morning.

Staff were always happy and very helpful

Everything regarding my stay at the Hotel Mozonte was exceptional. Management and staff were polite and helpful
