Nice, spacious room with facilities (couch, chairs, TV, great desk to work at, kettle with coffee and tea) on a good location at the edge of the city centre. Near 2 grocery stores, busstops with multiple lines and in walking distance of the city centre (max. 5 minutes, 15 minutes to the bus-/trainstation). Comfortable bed. Very clean room and bathroom, the bathroom has heated floors. Nice view outside. Was able to enter early at 2 p.m.. Breakfast available at Nordic hotel for 25% discount.

With windows open it can be quite noisy outside with all the busses, but in the evening and at night it's quiet. With the windows close you don't hear anything at all. Explanation about the process with the doorkey app and when /where available could've been a bit clearer, but in the end I've got it working. Didn't got the TV to work, probably batteries of the remote, but didn't really try to fix it either.

Nice location. Room was clean. We stayed in the family room which was spacious even with a baby cot added and the sofa bed in use. Bed is comfortable. It is right next to a bus stop but if you keep the windows closed there is not much traffic noise.

There is no staff on location and doors are opened with an app. It works fine but unfortunately we received no information about this beforehand (how it works, name of app etc). During online check-in it said that we would receive this information on day of arrival but it never came. We were able to get in with help from another hotel guest. The sofa bed is quite uncomfortable.

The location was perfect for our trip. Lots of food options and coffee bars nearby and a short walk to the city center. The room was simple and clean, comfortable beds. The overall feeling of safety is so nice when visiting Norway.

Hot water kettle was moldy, and the one time we had housekeeping the door was left open. Nothing was missing but it made us not have housekeeping back to our room for the rest of our stay. Contactless hotel also meant we weren't easily able contact the hotel direct to discuss.

The Queen's bed was superb. The room was very big, and the bathroom was spacious.

* We didn't want to use the app, and the check-out procedure turned out to be somewhat cumbersome. There is no hotel reception as such. You have to take the key card downstairs, navigate through several corners to reach a music hall, and then look for a small box behind a desk to drop the card in. It took us a while to find it because the sign only instructed us to go downstairs, without further details. * The toilet paper was stacked vertically on a pole fixed to the floor, which was not the most convenient setup, though this was likely due to the toilet being situated in an 'interesting' spot in the bathroom.

Clean and near to the city center, large rooms, modern equipment, good black curtains - for summer in Norway it is big adventage

Fridge was outside of the room, the building is labyrinth - we couldn't find the entrance and place for breakfast as well... The breakfast was really simple - only one tyoe of ham, one type of cheese, 2 types of jam, one type of not really good coffee and that is pretty much all. They also forgot to gave us towels and receotion works only till 1 pm so when we came we did not know who should we contact about that so we satisfied with towels we had ready for our Norway trip.

Everything was good. Can be a little noisy outside, but when its closed its silent. Also the room is quite dark, which I liked.

It NEEDS to be mentioned that you have to download an app to get in. It is not okay that I need to explain to other guests how/where to get the app. I only learned about the app after messaging the hotel myself, which shouldn't be the case.

Big, comfortable room with water boiler, tea and coffee. Nice terrace with access from the room. Location a bit off the centre. Nice area though, close to the city beach and promenade along the sea. Easy parking for our car just across the road.

As this is a hotel without staff present and no breakfast, we missed a refrigerator in the room.

Modern concept hotel, self check in, bit of a frustrating rigmarole registering to download the app, but after that easy to use with entry. Access to building door next to bus stop. Huge room as far as hotels go, spotlessly clean, comfy bed. We found free street parking around corner 5pm to 8am. Would recommend and stay again.

I loved the privacy of the building, the balcony where you can sit and have a coffee and that it is close to supermarkets and the lake.

LOVED this place. Loads of space in the room, great shower, really comfortable bed, great lighting, super easy check in and out process. Great location!
