The chalet is brilliant and right in front of the pool. The staff are very friendly and helpful, especially the Moroccan waiter Yaseen in the restaurant he is very polite and always greeting everyone with a smile on his face. Breakfast is varied and lots of choices.

Maybe more options for all inclusive snacks like ice cream, fruit and fresh juice instead of the unhealthy fizzy drinks and sugary chilled juices, especially for kids.

I am surprised the hotel has such a low rate on booking.com. We were warmly welcomed and got a room upgraded upon arrival. I loved the pool area, especially in the evening.

I stayed in chalet no 4001 it should be pool view but it is not it was in the corner and you can’t see the kids when they swim. Also the road to the chalet not smooth for the wheelchair. The probity concierge don’t allow me to park my car in the parking area for handicap they said it is for the hotel visitors not for hotel guests 🤔 They asked me to park in the other side of the parking area which has tow parking and it is always taken by non handicapped people and they don’t do anything about it. It was very difficult to walk to my chalet

Truly comforting and excellent stay at the finest resort. From the moment of booking to the check out ,everything was seamless. The first thing that stands out at the resort is its cleanliness, hygiene and super friendly and prompt staff. The location of the resort is central and well accessible to a big mall ( Grand Mall just 5 mins walk ), tourist attractions and easy walks. Millenium resort is a perfect gateway for couples and families to spend their stay at Salalah. Very comfortable and clean rooms. We were upgraded to a one bedroom apartment ( pics attached ) and it was simplistic yet warm and well organised with all basic amenities required for a holiday. The buffet breakfast and dinner was lavish and has quite a variety. Special note and gratitude to the restaurant managers Haris and Rama who took special care and attended to every guests need super quick. Very friendly and efficient restaurant staff made the experience of dinning just amazing. The resort also allows to order in from Talabat and the location is super easy for drivers. A big swimming pool, gyms and the parking areas are well organized and provide all requirements essential for guests. An hourly shuttle takes guests to the private beach resort just a 10 min ride away. All in all a highly recommended stay at this resort to be experienced !

The location is perfect, the private beach is so nice and you have buffet inside. The hotel is very nice and the restaurant has enough variaty of food. The room is very clean and beautiful but the air is too cold in the rooms (and inside the hotel) it should be turned off and everyone should open as needed. The stuff in the hotel is very helpfull and it was a pleasure to talk with everyone on our vacation, thanks to Kamrup and Saiful, the boys from the cleaning room, they helped us with everything we needed. For us was a pleasure to stay at this hotel, for our first time in Salalah was a perfect stay, and for sure we will think to come back.

The Lady’s Spa it can’t be named “Spa”, it is not cleaned, the two sauna are not on.. it is not cleaned, the water in jacuzzi was dirty and not working, the pool from the spa clean but very cold. And the Spa is a place where it should be hot but there was everywhere cold.

The staff is polite, good english speaking. I would especially like to express my gratitude to the chef Rodolfo, he cooks dishes from different countries, local food is amazing! Carrot cream soup is my favourite! the serving of dishes is very refined. Thank you for this great days! it will also be useful for independent travelers that you can get to the hotel by bus, by # 21 from the airport to Mwasalat station, then by #20. Ticket price is 0.3 reals.

The saina was not working. Transfer to beach didnt work, but was stated in the description of the hotel.

Our family stay at the Millennium Hotel in Salalah was superb. The hotel's room was spacious and clean. It offered outstanding dining services, the breakfast offered was amazing which included a no. of items for different taste buds. The best thing was the "Karak Tea" which made my day. The pool and lazy river was favorite amongst kids while the gym was adequately equipped for workouts. Parking was not an issue at all. Would like to thank Ms Berna who helped us during the check-in process and kept following up on our well-being during our stay. We look forward to returning to this luxurious retreat in Salalah.

I found the area at the main gate where people bring their car to dope and to pickup someone was really unorganized.. many times I found cars parked in that area and switched of and other cars/people just waiting away unnecessarily. it has to be more organized! also the hotel lobby: during the day time it’s hot, and I already suggested to them, in past, either to keep some curtains or to improve the air conditioning in that place , especially the seating.

The breakfast and the dinner were awesome. we stayed at Chalet so the swimming pool was just at our doorstep. The amenities need renovation. It is a really good place but looks old. The housekeeping guys (Tushar, Rahim, and Lutfur) were great.

The ones in the rooms were good but the one in the breakfast was not good at all. The prices were more expensive than in other places. For Sisha is 5 OMR at the hotel but it is 1 OMR in other places. Even at 5-star hotels, it is 3.5 Omr.

great pool / lazy river view from room, spacious room and bathroom, nice lighting and decor, very comfy beds, friendly staff, freat pool sunbeds / open kiosks, heated pool water, fantastic breakfast area and a great selection of tasty stuff, overall a true value for money - higly recommended - would stay again!!!

pool bar not working, no music in pool area, despite it being a "resort" there was no alcohol served in the premises (other resorts in Salalah serve alcohol), limited beach access (could have a van to the beach and back throughout the day), beach area quite abandoned, only venue near hotel a shopping mall (albeit a very nice big modern mall).
