Everything was perfect. The staff was friendly and helpful, especially the beautiful Rawana and Ihsan. The breakfast was good and varied, and the staff was cooperative. I especially thank Ahmed.

Salalah is so beautiful and scenic, for me the Jewel of Oman. Our hotel location was handy to travel around and also close to the airport. To explore Salalah you definitely need a car. We hired one from the airport. Fuel is cheap so all you need is the confidence to drive in another country. The hotel does has free parking. The hotel is attached to a mall. Nothing grand but convenient. The breakfast was excellent. Mr Livin and Mr Ahmad were so helpful and kind and the service they provide is of a high order, which is the norm for all the breakfast. team headed by Mr Happy. The hotel staff are helpful, Fatima (guest relations) Mr Mahmood (front office), Vipin, Tarak and others working hard to ensure our stay was satisfactory. The room was comfortable. The bathroom was clean but possibly needs updating. The mall does come to life in the evenings which makes the atmosphere more enjoyable around the hotel grounds. The landscaping is nice which adds to the appeal of the restaurants and coffee places. Try the Lebanese Restaurant although we mostly ate out as we were travelling around discovering beautiful Salalah. There is also a Carrefour supermarket in the mall where you can pretty much find anything and everything. Overall a good base to explore and enjoy beautiful SALALAH.

Location is excellent. Access to the mall. Access to underground parking. Spacious room. Great hygiene. Helpful receptionists. The filipina cleaning lady (was it Dely?) was sweet and charming.

One receptionist was rude in his responses. And mid our inquiries, would walk away to do another task, then come back and not address our inquiry. I.e. He wouldn't give us the underground parking access (which is available for all guests) and insisted that we can park outside instead (it was full). "But I want to park in the basement please, can I have the access?" It took the personnel next to him to address this and tell him to process the access paper.

My week-long stay at this hotel was an absolutely fantastic experience, far surpassing my expectations. The level of professionalism, friendliness, and helpfulness displayed by the staff was unparalleled. From the moment I arrived, I felt welcomed and valued as a guest. The apartment I stayed in was stunning, combining elegance with comfort. It was maintained in pristine condition throughout my stay, with fresh towels, ample bottled water, and generous supplies of coffee, tea, and creamer replenished daily. The attention to cleanliness was evident, with bedding changed every two days, ensuring a comfortable and hygienic environment. The pool and sunbathing area were impeccably clean and well-maintained, complemented by good music that enhanced the relaxing atmosphere. Dining at the hotel was a delightful experience. The meals were excellent and varied, catering to all dietary preferences from vegan to meat lovers. The breakfast live cooking station was a highlight, offering custom-prepared eggs and waffles to start the day on a high note. In the evenings, the option to order a high-quality shisha and relax in the beautifully designed space added an extra touch of luxury to the experience. An added convenience was the hotel's proximity to a large shopping mall (door to door), which included everything one might need during their stay, from a currency exchange and supermarket to a diverse food court. This accessibility added an extra layer of ease and comfort to my stay. In conclusion, this hotel exceeded all my expectations, providing an exceptional level of service and convenience. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a memorable and comfortable stay. The hotel and its staff (greetings and thanks to Marie, Vipin, Bert and all of other Staff Peep, whose names I don't remember, sorry) have truly mastered the art of hospitality, making it a must-visit destination.

- Great location ,with many foods options and a mall attached. - Very friendly staff - the breakfast has everything you need and beyond - the halfboard restaurant from the Hotel are really great to, very good Food and Cuisine -the location is perfect to meet with the local people, who came for eating and shopping, great. -the lounge café serves great coffee and great bakery

nothing - but things to improve could be : -A microwave in the suites could be great ,for baby things :) -there is noise from a big ac or something around the hotel ,but im not sure if it comes from the hotel or not,so maybe not they fault.

The hotel is actually above a mall downstairs... which makes the experience a bit unique... Staff was super amazing and helpful, reception and house keeping were very timely The location is relatively near airport, there is a local market right across the street which was nice for souvenirs and Omani products. overall awesome

transport from/to air port was great but a bit expensive... 25 OMR for a private van, on the way leaving turns out we can order a van taxi through Otaxi (Oman Taxi app). for 20% of that price. In general Oman cities are spacious and sometimes it is not easy to find taxis to move around, but the app came to the rescue

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Salalah Gardens Hotel, and it was truly a delightful experience. The hotel provided exceptional hospitality, comfortable accommodations, and professional service in my visit. The food was excellent, specially the breakfast and the team working on that like July and Mr.Ahmed and chef Sanjeev Also we had an unforgettable arabic night with a beautiful band dancing dabka and singing together with a high lovely spirit with fatemah, Sohaila and Salma many thanks for all of you. In summary, my stay at Salalah Gardens Hotel left me with lasting memories. If you're in search of a hotel that offers superb accommodations and an outstanding dining experience, I wholeheartedly recommend a visit to this beautiful establishment.

Nice swimming pool with plenty of sunbeds. The breakfast buffet is excellent with plenty of choices of juices, tea and coffee, pastries, fruits, cheese, meats and veggie dishes/salads. All the staff from the check in desk, restaurant and pool maintenance were great! Good value for money as well, as it is located a few meters away from the mall, with a big carrefour and other shops (perfume, jewellery, clothing etc)

Some of the things we called for late in the evenings (for extra toilet roll or bottles water) we got bought up complete different things as they misheard us down the phone (got boxed tissue and a bowl instead!). A minor inconvenience but if that could be fixed, this would be great!

Excelent location, very clean, personnel very friendly, food excelent.

Every staff we interacted with was very sweet and helpful. Being from the service industry, it was lovely to see a smile on every staff members face. They were serving each and every customer to the best of their ability from what we could see. I would like to give a special mention to Mr. Happy from banquet who is a very sweet and patient gentleman. There was a situation that had occurred in our presence where a guest was very unhappy and within minutes he fixed the problem and ensured the guest left with a smile. Kudos!!! to the upper management for their training. I believe good service always travels from the top. It always says alot about the organisation and the people running it.

The rooms were clean. The only thing we were not happy about is housekeeping could be managed a bit better. We were 4 guests in our room and there were only 3 towels, 3 plates, 3 spoons, ect.. I would suggest the room be stocked as per the number of guests booked to check in. Also there were no glasses provided in the room we did get some after we called room service.
