In my view the most important factor of a successful hotel stay is the service the staff provide. My daily interaction with most of them made my stay memorable. I would like to mention some of the names for the their excellent service: Arshad -Laundry, Tanveer and Ekta-housekeeping, Ghulam Nabi and Shumaila-room service, Mahan-supervisor. My elderly mother who was confined to a wheelchair felt over the moon when staff were always on hand to assist and accomodate. Truly an inclusive hotel for people with special needs. Thank you all.

I would have liked to see more gift shops of different variety. Also, based on my circumstances (mum being an elderly wheel chair guest) it was sometimes not easy to get her ready for free breakfast service therefore, charges for room service could have been waived only for her? I had to ask the reception staff a few times but will accept that on 2 occasions hotel was sympathetic and waived the charges. Thank you for that.

Great hotel with very friendly staff from check in to the breakfast and cleaning folks (Farooq). Great breakfast to get you started for the day. Everyone in breakfast staff from managers to waiters are very responsive and ensure you are getting excellent service.

Fundamental issue with the bathroom doors in the room. They don't close properly. Not a problem. If you are staying alone or as a couple. But, as a family it is a bit annoying. Highly recommend to think about fixing these doors when planning next renovation.

The hospitality of the Avari Towers' staff is truly commendable, exhibiting a friendly and welcoming demeanor. The efficiency of the room service is noteworthy. Ms. Rashna, the guest relations manager, consistently demonstrates a high level of attentiveness towards ensuring guests' comfort and satisfaction throughout their stay.

While I stayed at a Standard King Room, I found the size to be somewhat limited for my preference. Despite the room not meeting my expectations in terms of spaciousness, I must emphasize that my overall experience was excellent, especially regarding the level of service provided.

Excellently located, better than any 5 Star hotels in Karachi, we got a business class floor with a suite. Good facilities, wonderful staff! Superb breakfast every day.

I invited friends and relatives to a tea gathering on 6 March between 4-6pm. As male members wanted to perform Asr prayers at the hotel, the staff directed my guests to a basement makeshift mosque for staff outside the hotel under the driveway. I was quite ashamed as I could not offer my guests a prayer room in the hotel lobby or closer where they could pray in comfort. I do hope Avari Karachi thinks about this failing.

The staff from the end to end was amazing and extremely professional which showed to much care respect and kindness and make us feel home away from home! The staff team need deserved a raise they are absolutely superb! The housekeeping maid Shaqenthla kept our room clean and organized when we were away and everything was always there without us even asking or requesting! Also top down the best breakfast we had which was outstanding 10/20!!

We needing like the pricing which for valet and auto service which we thought was a too much.

My big thanks to this Avari family for keeping alive this type of quality service in the heart of my lovely city Karachi, the best part of being solo traveller in this uncertain country they always provide mental peace and luxury and I feel comfortable and safe as soon as I enter inside the property. Specially I want to mention the name of some staff members which were really helpful during my stay Mr. Khurram was the first person who really deal me with alot of patience and help me with early checkin also the other reception staff were friendly like Rashna 😍a lovely lady. Mr. Faiz and Mr. Danish were also really cool guyz. Room services staff specially Mr. Barkat and Mr. Sunil 5 stars for them(they give me some yummy zeera cookies, my favourite) rest I forget some names but all staff members are really friendly and they give to respect.

I felt like the room interior needs to be upgraded. Specially I felt toilets are quiet old school.

The hotel is in a secure compound, has an atm on site, and a few different dining options. There's a nice little spa and the pool is a decent size. The bed was comfy and the room was quiet. Good buffet breakfast. Given the other options in the city, it represents reasonable value for money, but only with the inclusion of breakfast.

Whilst the buffet breakfast was good, it had (and unfortunately I'm not exaggerating) the worst coffee I ever tasted. It was the cheapest nescafe instant blend, made with the local tap water. The coffee I could make in my room was better. It's a small thing, but for a hotel this size, a little embarrassing. The fittings in the room were a little dated and the shower was a bit rusty, also the water didn't drain from the shower properly, but it was hot at least! Rooftop bbq buffet was tasty, but very cold in the wind, and I had a very upset stomach the next day (more likely my delicate stomach rather than the food, but who knows).

Staff was exceptional. Customer service was very quick. Breakfast was also good

Bed and pillows comfort level was not that good as is usually found in the competitive hotels. washroom was clean but a very serious issue was that there was no drainage place in the washroom area and the water from shower cabin while taking shower was continually pouring to the washroom area where there was no drainage pipe to take away that water. Same was the issue with jacuzzi water. Ultimately the overflown water was going into bedroom which created great discomfort and disturbance.

The room was excellent and the breakfast menu was great. I liked the helpfulness of the staff as they made the stay very comfortable. The restaurants at Avari offer a great menu and I enjoyed the meals very much. Also, they had a Rent a Car service on location which was helpful to move around the city.

The shower in our room was broken when we checked in, but the housekeeping staff promptly fixed it. The minibar selection can be improved. They should by default charge room service on the room, instead of sending the bill with each order.

It was very clean and every workers are so kind and thoughtful, whenever we ask something, they come very fast and always so kind. Their room condition and facilities are so clean and good and also services are very good obviously.

The swimming pool is outside so there's a lot of birds and leaves. Open swimming pool is good but I think they have to care about the swimming pool condition. And their restaurants are little bit expensive. if the food were very good, it's reasonable but I cannot say food are so good. Pakistani bbq buffet was very good but Chinese and Japanese food are just expensive and not really tasty. And the breakfast buffet doesn't have that much menu but their food quality and the workers are good.
