Bedroom was spacious, Bathroom was great. The jacuzzi, steam bath, sauna etc were good. The spa services were really good. Swimming pool was also available for free but swimming without swimsuit wasn't allowed & they don't provide any swim-shorts (sadly). Room had a safe-locker & a fridge. U can also ask them to heat ur food for you.

The TV had a lot of channels but didn't have Netflix & I couldn't cast (screen mirror) from my mobile or PC. There was no wall clock in the room, which was disappointing. Room service wasn't as quick as I would have liked but was good.

Wonderfull stuff. - The housekeeping on my floor (6 floor) were helpful, I was attending a wedding they helped me with getting dressed and advise me presents to give at local wedding. -the breakfast egg ladies (2) are friendly and make the best omelets, also the men who is making fried puff pastry is always friendly and smiling. - the gym stuff were kind, and was always there to make sure I have towels and is enjoying my gym sessions. - the Pakistani restaurant manager was super kind, as vegetarian there are no many good choice in Pakistan, but the restaurant prepared special meal making sure I have my needed veg.

The shower set is a bit old, they were falling apart and can be changed. Drink/coffee marks on the sofa which is a bit unhygienic there are smoking room, this was not mentioned in the booking, my first stay was in smoking room, which was very unpleasant.

Excellent place to stay. Very well maintained and nicely furnished. Needs some improvement on check in. At reception Abaseen helped us as quickly as he could, but no one else was available to check in guests 😕

In washrooms need cleaning of bath place edges as sealings are getting black 😞 The elevators have no visual or audio indicator of arrival on floors. So it's little uneasy to keep looking at which elevator is moving in what direction.

I stayed for ten days on my own. The staff were lovely and the atmosphere made it feel like a family run place rather than a big corporate business. As a solo female traveller I felt totally safe at the hotel. The location was perfect for getting to different areas of the city.

The lifts! slowest lifts in the world, made worse by them only having two available as the other two were reserved for VIPs (international cricket teams). I get the need for having them separated but it did slow things down for the rest of the guests.

- Was clean. Efficient. Good value for money. Good variety of restaurants. Has a barber on site. - Karachi apparently is not very safe, but you can have pick up and drop-off inside the hotel grounds which is helpful - Free hourly airport shuttle

- Swimming pool is an open area with lots of restaurants/play areas around. Would have been nice to have a private area - Swimming pool gendered separated is pretty important in Pakistan (movenpick is mixed)

I was surprised when I settled my final bill that I had to pay for complimentary laundry though I was informed earlier that 2 pieces of clothes will be washed on complimentary basis. But I was charged for it????

Communication and instructions by hotel staff to guests should be clear. Seems laundry section does not know. Staff working in lobby knew it but still I was billed for it.

I loved the very friendly staff. At one point we wanted to change the room and they were super helpful. Pick up from airport was another great service. Personals at the security were once again great.

I would say we never came across anything that I can report that we did not like. I wish I can go back anytime soon an stay there. Hence, all was good and wonderful.

9th floor executive rooms are clean and better then other floors, wider rooms specially the mirror wall is beautiful.beds are very comfortable all floors, good breakfast and staff is helpful and professional, airport pickup was on time and driver also very well behaved. executive lounge staff were very caring. Mohammed Yosef made the best tea at breakfast. thank you Movenpick for make my stay fantastic.

8th floor rooms air conditions are smelly and bathrooms very old.

Very good service overall. Mr Rafay was a great help in arranging the room at the very last minute and catering to all of my requests perfectly! Furthermore, the room decor managed by Iqbal Noor and Amin from his team did a flawless job as well!

Dinner could've been better!

The bedroom was very comfortable with a huge bed and great shower. Room service was excellent and staff were extremely willing to make our stay a wonderful experience. The lobby cafe serves a great omelette and chai. The pool is a lovely place to unwind after being in the city.

I liked everything about it.
