The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Lahore.

Breakfast was excellent and staff behavior is very nice

The swimming pool is although good but one day the excess was denied as the pool was given to some private party to use. This doesn't looks nice.

It’s a new property so it’s clean with new amenities. I was afraid the room may be noisy as it was facing the road but the rooms were actually sound proof. The housekeeping staff and bell hop was really friendly and helpful The selection and quality of complimentary breakfast was really good. I asked for ice for my coffee and was provided. the kids also requested extra condiments for their pancakes and the staff provided that as well.

I booked for 4 people (2 adults and 2 children) and hence paid extra for that booking but when I was about to check in the staff was charging me extra for mattresses for kids…I had to show them print out of the booking where it clearly stated the price is for 2 adults and 2 kids. the staff should be well informed and not jump at the chance of charging extra

Professionally cleaned daily during our stay, awesome staff and mostly the GM Tahir Malik such a humble gentleman.

The bathroom shower floor is not inclined towards the drainage, water gathers and hence goes to the toilet side. The shower door doesn't close all the way. The breakfast buffet is excellent but I wished there would be a rotation of a variety of dishes. I stayed six days and ONLY once my eggs were cooked with the right ingredients. They should write down the desired ingredients that the guest asks for and cook accordingly.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel and I must say, it was an exceptional experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff was welcoming and accommodating. The manager, Mr. Tahir, was especially impressive. He made sure that everything was perfect during my stay and went above and beyond to ensure that I was comfortable. The room was clean, spacious, and had all the amenities that I needed. The location was convenient and easily accessible. The food at the hotel's restaurant was delicious and the service was impeccable. Overall, I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. And a special thanks to Mr. Tahir, whose excellent management skills and attention to detail made all the difference in making my stay truly memorable. A 10/10 experience, without a doubt!

There's nothing to dislike.

Facilities, location, friendly and well mannered staff in the dinning area with excellent breakfast, very good make room staff. Rooms were very good and comfortable.

Reception area was not airconditioned and it was extremely hot, Check-in was not on time as promised on the website and we had to wait over one hour after one hour of check in time. Executive king room for 3 adults was the same as for 2 adults i.e Deluxe Twin Room but changes were high. Instead of an extra bed for third adult in Executive King room, metres was provided after so many phone calls, Executive King room toilet seat was faulty and informed but nothing happened. Fruit was only provided first day but not for second and third days.

The location is very nice The decor is absolutely beautiful Very clean, new. I really like the ambiance here The staff are all highly attentive and keen to help. Especially my housekeeper, Naseem. She was extremely friendly, sweet and kind. Always going above and beyond. She was an asset to BWP x

They have a minibar in the rooms, however, they charge for the drinks. The hotel should increase the daily rate, and give the minibar for free!!!

Wonderful stay but it was short just for 1 night. Reception Staff Ms Suman was very kind, attentive and professional in her work. Check in done in 5 minutes and my request was considered in well mannered way. The Room was clean and comfortable. Bed was perfect. View was perfect and many shops nearby. Those who dont know, guest and visitors are allowed but you need to enter their names in the system before getting into the room. Buffet Breakfast was good but not very attractive. Restaurant staff is busy and forget the request and need to remind again. Overall the stay was perfect and will definitely come back. Once again thanks to Ms Suman for wonderful hospitality.

Room is not sound proof, you can hear people talking in the corridor or if you standing in corridor you can hear the voices from the room. Towels are old and need to be replaced. Restaurant staff must be attentive.

Cleanness is good, all facilities available in room. Smart big Tv give great fun

Room service is little bit poor. When I call at room service and asked for complimentary water, they give answer in very rude way " Apko dia ni tha phly" I was shocked that how can staff give this rude behavior to it's customer, I think they have lack of manners. After all this I ordered water at room service, they didn't come, half hour passed then again I called them for water bottle. Tissue box in room was used and poor in quality

Its central location near to all posh societies and the most sought after Liberty shopping centre. In my opinion you must lookafter your dilapidated surrounding footpaths. With small money you can give a better environment. Regards Asif
