The hotel was in prime location closer to shopping and airport. The gate and check point gave a good sense of security to us as a family. The staff was amazing especially Mr. Khurram Majid, Mr., Mutahir Syed, Ms. Sobia, Mr. Aqil, Mr., Ahmed. A big shout to housekeeping supervisor Ms. Shahnaz for effectively managing the cleanup and ensuring that rooms were made properly. Lastly, Bell boys, Bilawal and Bilal were super helpful and courteous. Breakfast had good variety and the hotel is kept cleaned and well maintained. Overall, the staff is friendly and helpful!

The property was In a good location and being slightly away from the hustle and traffic of Lahore . The rooms were spacious and clean and very comfortable bed . Overall reception staff and cleaning staff were exceptionally kind and helpful.

Breakfast was ok . I did find it to have many dishes that are usually served in evening meals very heavy for breakfast ,therefore I presume they are left from the previous dinner buffet as to cook all these such meals in the morning would be challenging. I did find a member of staff (supervisor maybe tall guy )whom was assisting in the breakfast area to be very attentive to foreign guests . Pakistani,s were not being treated the same .🙁I also noticed that he was just quickly setting the table up for next guest without even wiping down the table , he was just dusting away the food on the table and putting out new cutlery. These small mistakes can be noticed and go a long way after a while . Cleaning, hygiene should be taken seriously in these days .

Wonderful hotel, we had a very comfortable and pleasant stay. The room was very clean and comfortable, the staff was exceptionally helpful and professional, and the location was also great. We felt very safe and well looked after. The room service was very impressive and we enjoyed all the meals we had at the hotel, especially the Pakistani tea. We would like to particularly thank Mr. Muhammad Ahmed at the front desk and Mr. Ali Zain, both were very kind and helpful. Also Mr. Asif Miraj, who looked after us very well. We are looking forward to visiting again very soon!

There was a shortage of staff on the day of Eid, which made it difficult for us as international guests. In particular, we needed a hotel car to take us somewhere, and there was none available. We would also request for a large weighing scale to be made available, for easy weighing of luggage before flights. The small weighing scale in our room was malfunctioning, and also very difficult to use.

I was given complimentary airport pick up which was very helpful. The check in was very smooth and i could get an early check in at my request. The location is very central, close to MM Alam road and liberty Market hence eating out and shooping is very convenient. The room service was prompt, The breakfast was superb, in fact too many choices. I was provided with complimentary drop of service to the airport. The only short coming was the internet speed which could be improved .

Almost everything. The room was spacious & very comfortable. The breakfast was great and Ms. Sahar was very good in listening to the needs of the guest at the cooking station. Ms. Alishba offered great customer service during checkout and Dilawar from concierge was very helpful. The foyer of hotel us beautiful. In a nutshell everything was simply fantastic.

Great stay, staff were very pleasant and were always happy to help with any queries. Food was exceptional head chef Muhammed Asif (mitu) looked after my mum's gluten free requirements greatly... Hats off to these guys they made me wanting to come back. Rooms were very spacious and clean throughout.. nothing to complain about.. the manger of the place has employed great people to run the place... Well done

This is my first 10 for a hotel but I have to say it is well deserved. The staff are excellent throughout ,cleaning staff,check in staff and breakfast staff. What a great team well done. Hotel is clean, rooms clean and breakfast excellent. Highly recommend staying here.

Location a bit off the main road but I think it was because they could not find a plot big enough to accommodate the hotel.

Well this was my first stay at this hotel and it was great. One of the best properties I've stayed at and I've stayed at a few around this beautiful world. The Hotel staff was absolutely amazing they upgraded my room at chech in without any extra cost, the executive lounge was probably the best one I've visited with good food. Room service was really flexible and I want to really thank them as I was usually leaving my room late afternoon, but they made sure it was neat and tidy each time. The staff was so friendly and made me feel welcomed from check in to check out.

Location was on spot. Beautiful building and outdoor sittting. Staff was extremely helpful and always available. Best part is the Cleanliness. Facilities in the room provided were awesome. Complimentary fruits and water provided on daily basis. Tea coffee Facilities were provided in room self service and toiletries collection for bath was exceptional. Breakfast was 5* and lots of choices and very tasty. We tried their room service dinner and the food was so delicious more then i expected

There is nothing to dislike. Only part i didn't like that we had to leave😔
