The staff were incredibly helpful - every time we asked for their assistance they were more than happy to help, and we liked the complimentary transfers to restaurants. The breakfast was fantastic overall - lots to choose from & we loved the eggs to order. The beds were like clouds, the shower pressure was perfect and the room was very clean and quiet (apart from hearing some louder footsteps from the room above).

It would have been a 10/10 if there had been a gluten free bread option and a non-dairy milk (soy or almond) option at breakfast!

Love this charming boutique hotel. The bed and piilows were amazing, so comfortable. the shower is really big and has an oversized rainfall style shower head. The hot water was perfect and heats up quick. One of the best restaurants/bar is located in this hotel along with a great spa and gift shop. The pool is great, with a waterfall and offers extended hours from 7am-10pm. They also have a hammock and large double swing, rocking chairs, lounge chairs and games. The staff was the best, all so friendly and helpful. The free breakfast was a surprise bonus and aside from the buffet of cereal, bagels, toast, sausage, etc there are made to order eggs and oatmeal. My favorite were the omelettes.

Very nice/helpful staff. Breakfast included was awesome. The hotel was in the main part of Koror, with many restaurants, stores, and other businesses within walking distance. The room that we reserved had a full size tub which was great for soaking in after a long day at the beach. Canoe house restaurant was in the same building, so easy to grab something to eat. The band playing were pretty good. The hotel also offers rental cars onsite.

I loved my stay at Palau Central Hotel. First, the bed was so incredibly comfortable, the mattress was perfectly soft and cozy and the bedding felt luxurious! The room was spacious, clean, and free of unnecessary clutter. The bathroom was great with a nice rainfall shower and the Toto toilet with heated seat and bidet was pure luxury. I had a balcony that faced the outdoor space with the pool and had a lovely view of the islands and water. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, arranging rides for us as needed and assisting with luggage. The breakfast was good, I loved getting the made to order eggs every day. The location is great, walking distance to restaurants and some stores, very central to everything. Overall, I would absolutely stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting Palau!

It was expensive, but it seems to be comparable to other hotels in the area and it was a great experience.

Palau Central Hotel is a great choice from the limited mid-range options available in Palau. The staff are excellent - smiling, helpful, and go above and beyond. Especially, the reception staff and drivers. The rooms are a bit basic but quite comfortable. The hotel is overall very clean and well maintained. The breakfast is good quality but not huge. The Canoe House bar located onsite is one of the best bars in the whole of Palau! The location of the hotel is central, easy to get everywhere, and closeby to shops and restaurants, but it also isn't the most picturesque part of Palau.

The wifi was a bit slow, which was only really an issue when trying to work remotely. The central location is convenient but not such a pretty area in Palau. Palau Central is a very solid option for Palau and I wouldn't hesitate to stay again, but the country overall is quite expensive for what you get, and so is Palau Central.

We stayed here three different times while diving and traveling in the area. They took care of our airport transfer as well. The staff is amazing! They helped with anything and everything, even giving us a ride to another resort for a spa day. Breakfast is outstanding! I had the best omelet I have ever tasted here. Ordered one every morning! Coffee and tea are available 24/7. Wifi is good.Did not use the pool, but it looked very clean. Used the gym, which is small but functional. A/C worked great. Rooms were large with balcony. We paid a bit more for the "sea view" rooms which were very nice! They are located in town and so we could walk to the grocery and some restaurants easily. Canoe restaurant (owned by the hotel) was a great option for food and drinks. Highly, highly suggest for anyone traveling to Palau.

Staff is exceptional!! Great made to order breakfast. Free shuttles to other places. Location perfect for all access. Canoe House their restaurant bar is happening with free live music and a local karaoke that has much talent. Scott and his staff arranged many excursions and treated us like family. We are coming back to Palau Central!!

The hotel as a whole is clean and updated. The room I was in had ample space with two twin beds. The bathroom was adequate. The toilet was outfitted with a Toto bidet, luxurious! The staff was always helpful. They always provided alternatives when it was a service the hotel didn't offer.

The smoking section was on the patio outside by the the pool. The seating was limited, so the non-smokers were right next to the smokers.

Amazing reception staff – they knew what I was doing before I did. Nearly all from the Philippines and just made my stay really enjoyable. The airport driver from Bangladesh was also lovely. The room was fine in general. The included breakfast buffet was good.

There was an air conditioning unit in the hallway just outside my room that was extremely noisy. Also, the TV remote didn’t work unless you literally stood right in front of the TV.

Great hotel right on the main street in Koror. Very friendly staff who helped coordinate pickup & drop-off at the airport. They also assisted with a reasonably priced car rental, which we did for one day on our trip. The Canoe House bar & restaurant is part of the property, and we spent most of our nights there.
