Very clean place. Their breakfast is the best we had in 12 different hotels the last 3 weeks in Costa Rica and Panama. Their omelette and their pancakes are outstandingly top-class. The receptionist Angel was so nice, professional and service-minded. We must have annoyed him with all our thousands of questions, but he always had a smile on his face and did his best to help us out in every way. Nothing seemed to be a problem for him.

We got a room where the Windows couldn't open up. There are rooms where the Windows can be opened but just make sure you get one of those if you want that Small rooms.

Location was good, 5min walk from town, uphill back but easy going. Breakfast was nice for the couple of days we were there, fresh fruit and eggs and toast, any longer may have become a bit repetitive. Good WiFi. Very helpful and friendly staff. Comfortable and airy public areas to sit and have breakfast or just relax.

Bed was a bit too hard for us and sank in the middle, also a larger blanket, but that's our preference. There are a few noisy dogs but nothing hotel can do about that, just be aware anytime any local takes their dog for a walk it sets them all off. When asked to clean shower head done that day.

Breakfast was nice and cozy. The staff was helpfull. Location was ok, quiet part of town, but within walking distance of the restaurants. 24hour reception service.

Based on the name of the hotel, we expected to find an old kind grandma running the place, but there was none. The room was very small and there was a sort of walking closet without a light, so you couldn't see anything. We stayed there for three nights, but the room was never cleaned. The room missed places to hang stuff on.

The location was excellent! Super clean, great staff. The breakfast was OK, not exceptional, but sufficient.

Staff very friendly and accomodating. Breakfast was really tasty and the service for breakfast was always really quick.

I would have liked a chair and desk in the room but space was limited.

The staff is exceptional and you really get the feeling of staying at your grandmothers. The breakfast is freshly made and awesome. The rooms are small but have everything you need - you‘re not paying for huge rooms :)

The staff is so friendly! I really enjoyed my stay here. Fabulous breakfast, good wifi, and just far enough above boquete to enjoy a peaceful night. The room is very comfortable and has great hot water.
