Staff were accommodating and responsive to inquiries. All appliances are functional. They have wifi but sometimes it disconnects randomly. Their address PIN in Waze was accurate. Although we are far from SM, there's a palengke nearby. Neighborhood was quiet. Location was near Mines View Park.

It does not look like it was a smart tv. There was no Netflix, only local channels via GMA tv box. We couldn't cast our tablet to their TV and there's no way we could access the ports to see if there's HDMI slot to have our laptop connected. Connecting to their wifi is sufficient for social media browsing but not recommended if you plan to work as there are times that it disconnects. We brought our own PLDT Smart WiFi but the signal strength is likely the same.

1. The unit is tastefully furnished. The living room is very comfy. 2. All amenities worked. 3. The staff (Mark) was very helpful and accommodating. 4. Parking is available. 5. The Smart TV in the living room works great with Youtube, Netflix, etc. 6. Wifi is very good. I was able to work in the unit comfortably.

1. Location is a little far from the food areas. I had to drive to get to a decent restaurant. Its quiet so if that's what you are aiming for, the location might be a plus. It's quite close to the Botanical park actually. 2. The electric outlets only cater to the dual-socket type so if your laptop has the 3-prong type, make sure to bring an adapter. 3. The heater has a broken knob and I had difficulty to get the hot water to come out initially. But that was resolved by the staff quickly but with the water temp non-adjustable. It worked but a working knob to adjust the heater is preferable.

We like that it's near to the attractions we wanted to visit. We also like that there's a kitchen coz we stayed for 3 days & 2 nights. It's good thing they have kitchen so we can cook. They are also very quick to answer our questions online. Really appreciated that they answer all my inquiries. We love the set up of the living area & kitchen. Enjoyed watching movies in Netflix when we're home.

First, we have our own preferences. It's not that we don't like it. Maybe they can consider upgrading a bit. We just felt that the bedroom wasn't that comfy or relaxing to stay. There's only 2 pillows, so maybe they can add even 1 more. The room just feel so empty. The bidet was also leaking, so the floor was watery. Also, no toiletries are available. It's raining when we visited Baguio, so we're freezing. Maybe they can add blanket to the sofa which is made of leather so guests will feel comfortable. The heater also took really a long time, so we need to be patient. But all in all our stay was really good. Thank you Ricio Haus.

The apartment had lots of space and a generous view of the area. The beds were comfortable and place is located near several attractions and not far from a few restaurants and stores yet not far from the center. One bathroom has an in suite bathroom which was nice for a couple.

We visited during the Christmas holiday season so the traffic and crowds of tourists were horrific in the area. It was very difficult to drive in and out of the area. The parking area is tandam and a large vehicle such as a van can be a challenge. On our second day there the neighborhood had a power outage that lasted well into the evening. The staff gave us candles. There was also some kind of party above us that lasted well into the evening. I assumed it was the people who own or run the place.

We loved the service. There were only 3 guys who manned the reception at intervals all throughout our 5-day stay but they were quite keen to help us with our needs. We booked the roof deck, and it had a great view of the nearby neighborhoods, pines, and mountains. Our favorites were the sitting area where we binged on lazy days, small cooking area with sufficient equipment, roof deck patio where we had breakfasts, walking distance to the parish, and accessibility to public transports.

We were just surprised about the amount of neighborhood dogs barking almost incessantly everyday; they became our alarm clock even if we wanted to sleep in.😅 The property probably can’t do anything about it, of course. But it would be nice to give future tenants heads-up in case they’re light sleepers (like me, unfortunately). Eventually, we learned to tune them out. Lol. Other than that, it’s probably one of the best stays in Baguio by far!

Very good location (walking distance to St. Joseph Parish & Botanical Garden), organized parking space, super comfy beds, decent room facilities esp. in the kitchen however, you've to bring your own toiletries & drinking water, very strong wifi, big room & tv size. Overall, our whole stay's so cozy. Will definitely stay here again.

We noticed that the property was understaffed during our stay - there's one morning that I had to open the gates because no staff's visible.

Lovely hotel in the pines of Baguio near the Botanical Gardens with plenty of cool mountain breezes. Plenty of rooms and two small balconies for sitting in the open air. Covered parking with good security. I like the mattress but my wife called them so-so. Located on a pleasant cul-de-sac.

I HATE arriving to find extra tax payments demanded. PLEASE - specify the complete charges on this site ahead of time. How am I to know how to budget or if the requested extra 10% is legitimate? NO SURPRISES! BTW, no knives for food prep or eating.

we had a comfortable stay, strong wifi as promised, lots of seating space so our large family could hang out together, towels were new and very soft unlike the hard scratchy ones you usually get from a hotel, water pressure strong and hot water worked properly, filtered water for drinking was provided by the property for a minimal fee, huge trash bin provided per apartment too; staff were very accommodating

everything was spotless and clean except for floor, better bring indoor slippers; was tricky to maneuver big cars in parking lot was a but great that parking was provided inside the property

Beautiful spacious apartment and very helpful staff. Slightly tricky for the taxi driver to find on the first day but after that no problem. Location was great to explore the local area. Good facilities. No Netflix and limited Cignal channels (not an issue for us). Air con not required because of the climate. Appreciated the mosquito screens on the windows. Bed comfortable. Fully recommend a stay here to explore the beautiful area of Baguio.

Kitchen could have been slightly better stocked with utensils but that's a minor point. Would have appreciated potable water being supplied if possible.

It was a short vacation, didn't expect the place is so nice and beautiful, the staff are accomodating, even gave us a glimpsed of the other rooms and up upto the roofdeck. Such a comfortable place to stay.

I know Baguio is a cold place, but didn't expect during the nigth time it would be hot, and the room has no air condition.
