We arrived 3am for our 2pm check in and the owner gave us a temporary room for free, what a great difference it made because we were able to sleep well and had lots of energy to do some sightseeing that same day. Food was excellent, simple dishes were made outstanding. Staff were exceptional. Front desk was commendable. Housekeeping went above and beyond. Inner patio was lovely, interiors and furniture classy and artistic.

Everything was perfect.

1. The Customer Service, security team average, but the front desk team is superb. 2. The place, a classic themed hotel, design leans from 70s to 90s, but is still well maintained and is refurbished. I like how classic the look is. 3. The Breakfast buffet, everything is delicious!!!

1. The shower needs to be calibrated, there may be struggles as the system might be hotel-wide, and any repairs or adjustments may affect all, but when you turn the temperature, its either freezing cold or hell. 2. The air-conditioning needs to be upgraded, the hotel should change to inverter to minimize costs.

The staffs are super very friendly. Management was very considerate. We arrived at 330am and they were able to accommodate us for early check in as early as 530am. They allow us to stay in the main lobby and even offer us free coffee to warm ourselves. The breakfast buffet was awesome. They served a variety of dishes.

Near the town plaza and the major establishments and tourist attractions The place was cozy and the staff was accomodating

The place, although cozy and very Baguio, may need some creative modernization especially of the bathrooms I also hoped there were more amenities and free toiletries

Walking distance to SM Baguio, Session Road, and Restaurants. Really good buffet breakfast. The location is really close to other tourist attractions and shops.

Booked for 2 single beds but was provided 1 Queen Size bed instead. No hair blower and mugs for coffee. No water heater inside the room but there are water dispensers outside the room where you can get cold and hot water. The water pressure for the toilet bidet is really low.

El Cielito (both the Makati branch and the Baguio branch) always had very good selection for breakfast buffet. The staff were also very prompt with requests (I had clothes washed and dried on rush and they were quick to deliver). I also like that the location is very close to the main Cathedral, The Hill, and Burnham Park.

The thinness of the walls. I could hear the ruckus of the guests in the next room.

Approachable staffs, many choices for breakfast, nice set up of bathroom with provisions for hot & cold water, nice location too.

No hair dryer at Executive room, luckily we were given a portable one. Scent of basement parking area (too strong scent of cigar smoke)

The breakfast buffet was great! The assortment of food was very good. Delicious freshly baked bread for sale at their restaurant. Great brewed coffee! The staff were very attentive and courteous. They let us leave our luggage and let us stay in the lobby for some time while waiting for our bus schedule.

The security guard was not helpful enough in assisting guests during check out. It was raining heavily and he did not offer assistance at all in getting a taxi or even just offering us an umbrella.

For a 3 star hotel, the buffet breakfast they serve is truly worth the stay. Old facility yet drinking water is readily available 24/7, They have very polite front desk, dining and housekeeping staff. Rooms have aircon too so no need to worry if booking for summer. WiFi was fast! It was really good for those who are working or have online classes. The complimentary breakfast was nice, there are lots of food to choose from. Also, the room was spacious enough for two people. The staff, especially the cleaning service, were really efficient and friendly.

There should at least be a small fan to increase ventilation in the non-airconditioned rooms like other hotels.
