Great staff, great ambiance, this is the perfect resort for a few day RnR. So peaceful, wake up each morning to the sound of the ocean.

After covid, ever resort and hotel are struggling to get back to where they were, it is clear the staff are working so hard to bring back this hotel to its former glory.

It is quite an adventure finding the place. We got lost using google map. My hubby said why it is called "eagle point" because only the eagle can find the place😁😁😁 BUT, it was all worth it! The place is amazing!!!!! I dont know why some negative comments about the room? Come on, people, the place is old, and they're trying their best to maintain the authenticity of the place🥰🥰.

NONE! Aside from just providing us with a bath towel only, and forgot to give us floor towels to dry our feet after a shower, that will not give me a reason to not LOVE the place.

Location.. it is simply beautiful with lush jungle around and amazing ocean wildlife to see. The hills and mountains in the Mabini peninsula are just amazing and it is a nice one day trip away from the beach to go see the Gulugod Baboy hiking trails for instance. The staff was extremely attentative, flexible and helpful. The food in the restaurant was also to our liking with several especially fish/shrimp meals (fish tacos, phillippines breakfast for instance) that were very tasty and good quality for the price.

To get there takes a little effort and the place is slightly worn out in some corners. Sound insulation from rooms to the corridor is not particularly great either, but is adequate between the rooms. The restaurant has slightly narrow selection of vegetarian dishes, although not particularly different from a typical restaurant selection in the Phillippines. Vegetarian diet trend has not yet arrived to this corner of the world.

This hotel has wonderful staff. The buffet dinner and breakfast were very good, especially the grilled fish. The location is amazing, really quiet and serene, sweet among the trees and right on the oceanfront! The snorkeling in front of the hotel was some of the best I did all weekend! Such a lovely variety of fish. The room was clean and the bed comfortable enough. The menu food was basic, I recommend bringing snacks.

If you are expecting fancy, than perhaps you should consider another hotel. The rooms are a little outdated and need some attention but are clean and spacious.

The pool water seemed dirty, milky The sun umbrellas are old and not UVSun proof as i got a sunburn just from sitting under the umbrella in the shade. Room facilities a bit run down Otherwise all good

The food was excellent, a little pricy, but worth it. The view and location is unbeatable. There are 4 swimming pools, which is fantastic, however one was not yet opened after the pandemic. The bathroom was well appointed.

The aircon in the room was old, noisy and dirty, however it did work effectively. There were a number of minor maintenance issues at the property, like the bathroom door did not shut properly and there were signs of damage on walls and paths etc. However, this property was shut for 2 years and it's understandable, but I wish they would go around and fix all the little issues, like many of the tables were broken.

The place needs to be renivated for the comvenience of the guests.. Over all it was a great experience considering the staff are all pleasant and welcoming.. Hope to be back with a better amenities and facilities..

Beautiful location, great house reef for snorkeling, fantastic restaurant and bar overlooking the ocean. Food was excellent. They can arrange day trips by boat to other islands for snorkeling. Wouldn't hesitate coming back.

The location is far from the hustle and bustle of the city, you can enjoy the quietness of the place. I love the pool and the sunset view is the best! if you’re looking for a quiet resort, I totally recommend this!

The rooms are outdated but still manageable. You need to pay for the wifi so you can access it in your room.

Friendly staff both front desk and restaurant. Attentive to requests. Good food palatable with big serving. Room is neat and maintained, we were able to get a room upgrade w/o extra fees.

Wifi that needs to be purchased, most of hotels I know wifi services is for free. Few choices for food, less varieties.
