Great location, in the middle of the city, a lot of shops near by, lovely roof terrace, free drinking water. They also offered us a free breakfast (not mentioned on the booking website) which was a lovely surprise - rice, sausage, egg and coffee. There is a kitchen that you can use. Quiet at night, ac, hostel inside is modern. Great price.

Room was clean, but i would suggest better cleaning on the terrace and a definitely better cleaning in the kitchen. Cold shower. Staff non existent, we only saw someone in the morning, but a lovely neighbor helped us to check in (keys are waiting on the table, next to the entrance, and you need to leave you key at the table after the check out, so full trust ;) This property is located in the Hipodromo barangay, there is only one road into and out of it, so Ayala shopping mall is 20-25min walking distance. Also, it looks dogy when you are there for the first time, but we felt absolutely safe, you have some shops with all the necessities, bakery etc. This is a small city within the city with a small self-sufficient community.

The guesthouse itself was very nice. Enough space in the room, has a cold a/c, not so cold water, nice breakfast and rooftop. I also appreciate the free toiletries.

It just the location is a crowded place not to safe when you walk at night. Maybe just enough for what you pay for.

Excellent centralized location within the Hipodromo ‘neighborhood.’ Great local services nearby including eateries, fruit stands , bakery and laundry. Alaya Center Cebu is a 20 minute walk away. Good mix of Pilipino & western people staying @ the property. The upper balcony is a relaxing place to eat & lounge

For westerners with high standards, this place may not be for you

I didn't know there was a free breakfast so that's a bonus! The staff were so accommodating and nice. Worth more than the price. I especially loved the rooftop where it's so cozy and cool! Overall, the stay was worth the price considering it was also the Sinulog week festivities.

WiFi is weak.

Breakfast was nicee. Every morning a different rice meal with a banana and fruit. The rooms are nice and very clean.

The staff were very accomodating even with our last minute change on our booking. They were very understanding and no further questions were being asked. The breakfast was also good. Overall, we were happy with their service and would definitely book with them again the next time we visit Cebu.

The property is a little bit hard to find but if they will put a big sign outside their street, it will help the guests to easily find them.

Great value for money. The roof top is really cute. You get basic amenities for a cheap price. Comfortable and clean. Very peaceful and quiet.

The location can be a bit intimidating but it's a good location nonetheless.. the toilet can give off an old toilet smell but it is clean.

Staff were very helpful and kind. Staff catered our requests with no complaints. They got up so early just to cook and prepare our breakfast because we had early tours and flight. Awesome staff. Nice view on the roof top. Good value for the money.

Steep stairs and open window on the stair areas. It maybe difficult for seniors and kids but we managed.
