Just about everything. In a location handy for a Mall. The rooms were clean and the bed superbly comfortable! If the duvet was a little warm, (I don’t have the aircon too cold :) The staff, front door, desk , cleaners dining room staff, pool staff especially ( Jemel excuse my spelling , at the pool bar, while professional, is friendly and makes me feel so welcome every time) are so polite , greeting with a smile every time. Thoroughly enjoyable experience every time I use the hotel, it is the staff who are the heart of the building.

I’m going to nitpick and ask why bedroom washbasins don’t have a working plug to save water? (I do bring a temporary plug to save water whilst shaving etc..)

Very nice and proactive staff. The breakfast buffet is one of the biggest we ever had. Predominantly Filipino and western options. The swimming pool and gym looked nice although we didn't use it. Water dispenser available on every floor. Good laundry shop in walking distance (much cheaper than the hotel's laundry service)

Our corner room (18th floor) had terrible soundproofing. We could hear all traffic noise as if a window was open, even though that wasn't the case. It calms down a bit at night, but it is guaranteed to wake you up early if you're a light sleeper.

I like the fact that quest is an inclusive employment hotel. Thank you for employing a deaf person and those of diverse sexuality. It was lovely to see. The staff are well trained, kind and helpful. Thank you.

There are issues with how to get hold of housekeeping. I broke a cup in my room. Immediately I called housekeeping and left a message as I was concerned about broken ceramic entering my foot. At breakfast I asked concierge again plus asked for a shaving razor. They said they would send someone. It was only when housekeeping as normal service came to room this was all sorted 5 hours later. I know hotel is busy but this was not good service.

Very comfortable beds, they arranged airport pick up at a good price of 1,000 pesos for a 30 minute journey. The concierge Clyde and Karl were helpful and excellent in giving advice.

The hotel got us a taxi to leave for the port, a 10 minute journey, where we got ripped off, he tried to charge us 3,500 pesos. He drove dangerously and was aggressive when questioned about the charge, as he was driving he was saying 'I hope you are going to give me a €50 euro tip'. We ended up paying 2,500. I think the hotel should not use a taxi company that would do this.

We loved the Breakfast. OMG ! We were a bit overwhelmed but for our city trip, this was definitely out highlight every day. the options are amazing and the quality and freshness is great. The Staff at the Breakfast is very welcoming and helpful. We loved the Bed and how easy it was to get a second bed additionally.

The Staff at the Check in. She was not really welcoming. She seems to be annoyed that i am not familiar with check ins and asked me why i didn't do the online check in, because it could save us time right now. the food options which we wanted order from the bar weren't mostly not available . And our telephone in the room did not work.

The location is great and food is good as well. Good selection of variety of food on their breakfast and buffet.

The hairdryer in the shower room is super outdated and doesn't work that really needs to get rid off or put a new one. When I tried to use it and turn it on after turning it on it stopped working then smells of burnt wire afterwards. Called the reception to have someone checked it coz I was concerned that it will cause a fire. Someone came to my room and hand me a hairdryer but they didn't get rid of the old one. Hopefully it will be pinned in their books as one of the things they need to fix.

They were able to accommodate 2 rooms that are next to each other as we are family of 4. The location was fantastic because it was just a 5min walk to Ayala Mall which has plenty of shops and restaurants. Close to major sightseeing places in Cebu city as well. Staff are friendly and helpful. And rooms were pretty clean too.

Breakfast buffet has a good range of food and the quality is OK. But the dishes, especially the cups for coffee/tea, are stained or dirty. It's not horrible and I've seen worst but they could really pay more attention to clean them properly.

Room was comfortable, and had a lot of space. Laundry service was fast and well done.

They called the room multiple times to ensure I was enjoying my stay. Mini bar wasn't refilled at all, and when checking out they asked me to tell them what I had consumed. Charged sepertly which made check out longer. All extra services (Laundry, restucant, room service) had to be paid in cash when it arrived, rather then just adding to the bill.

This was my second stay at Quest Hotel. The staff were just as great as my first stay if not better! I was always greeted with a smile. I also enjoyed all of my conversations with the staff and even got to know a few. I was privileged with a corner room on the 16th floor with a nice view. I hope on my next stay I will be as lucky to have such a scenic view. The breakfast and the food from room service were great. I especially enjoyed the Halo Halo and shakes as well as the burger and pizza. I enjoyed the pool. It wasn't crowded at all the times I went on both afternoon and evenings. All in all it was cool, clean and comfy! Looking forward to my next stay!

The A/C unit in my room made some noise, but it didn't bother me. The noise reminded me of a light wind. The TV in the room didn't have netflix or youtube. A minor issue while staying in the room, but not the end of the world. Make sure to bring a laptop and HDMI cable if this is a must for you.

The staff and service was very good. Puso restaurant has great service and the food was very delicious.

When I arrived the room I was assigned to The locks were broken and so they had a locksmith try to. Fix it. I got settled in and unpacked and showered and was told afterwards I would have to change rooms. They did upgrade me to a Junior suite but the lock for the balcony door was also broken so they had to. Get someone to also fix it. But I was with my family and going to dinner so i had to bring my luggages with me to dinner. It was a bit of a hiccup in the beginning but was smoothed out later.
