My family loved the cleanliness of the entire hotel.Our room, the reception area, dining area, hallways, etc. A peaceful place and the breakfasts buffet satisfied us a lot. Foods served were adequate and healthy.The staff were accommodating and polite esp.the one who fetched us from the airport. Kitchen staff, guards, receptionists and others were respectful and attentive.One of the best places for family to stay in Cebu.It was an indelible stay. I am looking forward to coming back again with loved ones.Great value for money. Thank you so much, Toyoko Inn.

No pool for children but it's alright.We did not visit Cebu to swim.We were there to eat and explore the city with my children. Quite far from convenience stores and restaurants but Grab food and Grab car are just around the corner.

The room is quite, good for alone people like me, the area have many foods store outside. There was also a free drink and free breakfast. The breakfast is good as well and caters Filipino food and more on Japanese snacks as well.

it's actually quite far in the City, and the pickup and drop off entrance is not much visible to the public, so the rider who dropped me off went through the back parking and the guards does not know what Toyoko inn is, then the grab the picked me up also went a long way so I had to walk just to keep up to the driver.

buffet breakfast so delicious and so many choices meals. the family room good for 4 pax is reasonable price and clean.

for me better they will explain well about the prices at booking.com coz when i booked over there then they don't accept my card but it says my booking is confirm but when we arrive during the payment, i wonder its not the same price shows from booking.com and the hotels that i booked so, as for me its too confuse about the prices. hope they change the procedure and make it very clear to the costumer to avoid arguing to the staff.

I like the cleanliness and how well-maintained the room was, I was also impressed by the bathroom. The service was also excellent, I commend the staff who gave us a warm welcome. The breakfast buffet was a very satisfying treat and I appreciate the amount of food choices

Pretty much the same quality as the Toyoko inn I stayed in Japan. The beds were really comfortable and the AC in the room was new and quiet. The staff in the hotel were helpful and friendly. The room is small but has everything you need, including good water pressure. There's an on-site massage place for a very affordable price and they even provide free shuttle service to the airport. Great stay!

The rooms were clean and well maintained and the staffs were great. The menu option or the breakfast buffet menu has a wide variety. It is a family friendly hotel. Our kids were free to stay and also free for breakfast.

You can only put your luggage/bags under the bed as there was no closet. But there were clothes hangers.

location to J mall for the immigration bureau and Land Transport office . Staff very helpful and changed my room immediately as the aircon was faulty. Impressed by the attention to detail in the room . eg charging points near the bed for phones , good size kettle and cups, emergency torch and clothes hangers . Room size was fine for one person for a short stay but you would need a bigger room for a week or more if a couple in my opinion.

The breakfast was terrible. Very little on offer for the buffet style , ice cold fried eggs, rice and Tocino. Toast and some cereal . The eating area was like a school hall dining area . After the second night of my two night stay i went to a cafe in the Mall for breakfast instead !

the location is convenient to SM mall, it is also near to Sto.Nino church if you’d like to visit. The staff was accommodating, courteous and professional, and their patience was superb, was late for their free airport shuttle ride but their attendant was patiently waiting, still with a welcoming smile. room was clean, no unnecessary smell, bathroom is clean and has a Hot shower, which is excellent. the toilet is one of a kind, has a unique way of washing your thingy, so techy, (one you see in Japan). breakfast was good, all warm and fresh, there was a salad and soup area which is a plus point, dining hall was neat, tables are not too crowded. plus, there is a mall few steps outside the inn which has a grocery stop inside convenient for errands for snacks and necessities.

ac was slow in in making the room cooler. not that soundproof, the noise from the upper floors were heard, probably they were moving some furnitures(idk). the sink in the dining area was clogged, when first used.

I like the cleanliness of the room, i love how bathroom design and idea. The Hotel offers airport shuttle service free of charge. Accessible to convenience stores, shopping mall, restaurants, public transportation, and only few minutes away from airport. An affordable accommodation inclusive of buffet breakfast.

I booked this room as an extended stay and was expecting that i don't need to check-out and leave my luggage at the hotel concierge which was also confirmed by a Staff. Sadly i was informed to check-out of the room, wait for few hours until their standard check-in time before i can transfer to the new room. It was a bit of an inconvenience at that time.
