Location - close to various restaurants within the vicinity; near SM Lanang - you can just walk from the mall to the hotel and vice versa if you have plenty of time, but it would only take 10-15 minutes to reach the location, but make sure that it's not that hot outside. A cab or grab ride will do too for less hassle and comfort. It's also close to the airport (1-2 KMs away), and wharf if you have trip to Samal island. Comfortable beds - I slept a lot during my 4D3N stay there. They also have a fancy restaurant that serves sumptuous meals good for solo, family, or a group of friends/relatives. I love the breakfast selections and milkshakes. Sometimes they have a promo for free fruits when your total bill reaches a certain amount. If you'll get hungry on the wee hours of the night 'til the dawn, a nearby Korean restaurant is available for your hungry tummies. I adore that place since I love Korean foods. They are open 24 hours - imagine that. 🤣 Check-in and check out was a breeze. I checked out at 4AM, and it only took 2-3 minutes to receive a confirmation that all is set and I can go - that was awesome. The stairs are massive and spacious. A lot of times, I enjoyed using the stairs if I need to reach the ground floor as opposed to using the lift. I can use those stairs and dance the night away... Hahaha Wifi is pretty strong even inside the room. Cold/hot shower is also available. Strong water pressure is also evident. Water is available in the dispenser near the elevator of each floor. You can get water there if you need to by using the pitcher in your room.

Room service was only asked and done on a Sunday (well, that's what I witnessed during my stay). Probably, they could inform the guests about their schedule and just inform us to phone them for room service whenever necessary.

too pricey for the amenities. the free breakfast is not buffet and the serving was cute. the receptionist upon arrival wasnt even smiling, and was so-so. there was a problem with the payment. I paid for the stay via debit card, the terminal had a error so i paid in cash instead to get it over with but my card got charged for it. the receptionist said di naman daw nag reflect sa end niya ang charge. anyway, ako pa ang tatawag sa bank to dispute it.

I love its proximity to several restaurants. It is also near SM Lanang, so if you are in the city to do some shopping, this hotel is perfect for you! I would also like to commend the hotel staff as they are very quick to respond to our concerns. They were very helpful when we needed help during our stay.

I must say I was a bit dismayed to find fresh lipstick stains on my bedsheet and some hair strands. It was definitely an indication that they were not changed at all. I hope that they practice cleanliness, especially in terms of changing bed sheet, pillow cases, etc as it gave me discomfort and a bit of hard time sleeping during our stay.

the location is close from the airport rooms and linens are very clean and organize safety box are there as well a friendly pocket budget😉 highly recommended to stay in with in City of Davao☺️👌🏼 surely will comeback on my next trip😎

during the time of my stay there were no supplies of toiletries which is more important during the stay and temperature of ac wasn’t that much cold but despite of those experiences still recommending go hotel as they are having nice rooms at a very low price☺️

The eco-friendly hot and cold drinking water that is available at each floor. I like the idea of the self-service water refill through the dispenser being put near the stairs/elevator.

The not so good pillows. I hope they will invest in providing guest with soft pillows.

It was very accessible and there's plenty of food shops near the hotel. Bed was comfortable and I like the minimalistic style and colors.

I was anxious with the other door in the middle. It was probably a connecting room. I opened it and found another door to the next room. I was just a little worried if someone might open while I'm sleeping. I've got trust issues. But nothing happened. I slept soundly that night. 😊

The room is surprisingly spacious for a budget hotel. The bed was comfy and like they have extra pillow which added comfort on my sleep. The toilet and shower room is separate. They have a mini working space/ coffee table too. They provide electric kettle which is a plus.

There are some missed spots in cleaning the showering room.

The staff and security guards are friendly, polite and helpful, all so nice to talk too. Location was good, close to SM centre. Only a 10 minute walk, restaurants near by. The was nice, clean with good room service from staff.

The only thing that would have been good if the room had a small bar fridge, to keep a few drinks or snacks in it.

Room was clean and spacious. Amenities provided is complete with water heater, AC, dental kit, iron. Staffs were super helpful and friendly. Convenient store and restaurants are walking distance.

Iron is hardly available. They should put an iron station at every floor.
