Locations are a great walking distance around gen luna.The staff are friendly and attentive. Room service is also great you should have to tell them also if there's a problem inside your room.. Ambience, amenities, and food are also great.

No TV, Ref and microwave. Wifi is not strong enough. I think this room also needs this.

The staff are accomodating and always smiling. Ms Sol and the other staff are exceptional and really nice. We appreciate small details like changing our towels thrice and refilling the soap and shampoo even though we did not request for it. Will definitely stay here again if will be back soon. However, if you need fast internet just bring your own broadband. The water pressure for hot water was not working but for regular water it was okay. For its location, the price is not bad. Vivo is a lowkey accomodation that has good facilities and great service.

The tours we book with them did not meet our expectations but it was okay.

Beautiful swimming pool and it is accessible - open even til 12midnight. We find it very relaxing to stay at the pool area, especially on our free day/s. Room is affordable (price is reasonable for the amenities and distance to other establishments). Room is spacious - for 2 pax. The staffs (reception, restaurant) are friendly, accommodating and kind to facilitate our request. The inn's location is very near the center and restaurants, hence less hassle for me as I also don't know how to drive a motorcycle. I can easily hail a tuktuk to go to different places, or just walk around the neighborhood.

Enjoyed our 3 night stay in this resort. I booked 3 rooms for my family of 4 adults which was reasonably priced. The rooms are standard size. It has a front patio. They also provide purified water in the ping pong area. Breakfast was not included and we ate once for breakfast. We ate delicious dinner on our last night. The menu had good selection. They provide pool towels. It is on a busy street yet it was fairly quiet. There is a mini-fridge and kettle. The hotel should provide instant coffee in the room for convenience. The hotel takes credit cards without transaction fees which is great.

Very beautiful boutique vibe hotel. Very friendly staff (they cut a king coconut open for us from their own palm tree) and clean for Philippines standards. We loved their welcoming attitude. The free water and we loved Sophie the kitten.. (she stayed in our room a night too). Location is top! Shower was great too (not always the case in PH)

No hand towels included in the room, only a regular towel. Ventilation in bathrooms is always a problem in the Philippines hence it’s always humid. The roosters and dogs barking very early in the morning around the area woke us up every day.

First visit to Siargao and was extremely happy in choosing Vivo. Location was excelllent being on the main street to access shopping restaurants and bars. Room was comfortable. Motorbike hire was easy and reasonable cost. Drinks and food good value and delicious. A big shoutout to the wonderful staff in particular Michelle, who when the key to my motorbike snapped, organised our rescue from Secret beach back to the hotel. The motorbike ws back at the hotel the next morning with a new replacement key. Amazing service.

We loved how the inn was located right at the center of General Luna -- we were close to a lot of go-to places for activities (CrossFit, Yoga, Bars), cafes, restaurants, and other shops! The room was well kept and clean. The staff were really attentive and accommodating while we were there :)

The location of our room was closer to the main road so at night the noise from either the band or DJ in the property in front of the inn can be heard from the room but there's a noise curfew anyway so it quiets down after other than that no other major complaint.

Vivo Inn is along the Tourism Road so it's really near to known restaurants and party places, like Sidargo, Las Barricas, Kanin Baboy, etc. General Luna beach is located on the other side of the street if you want some beach moments. And although it's along the road, the place is quiet at night so you can have a restful sleep. But what we really enjoyed here is the pool! We took a dip every day even after tours and partying. This is very nice since it's really hot lately, so a quick dip is very much needed. The room is spacious and the bed is comfortable. Personally, I like that there are 2 pillows and 1 throw pillow provided for each guest. The AC works well also. Love that there's an automatic bidet in the toilet! The staff are very accommodating, helping us with the van transfer and the tours.

It's the small things, like the blanket is thin so when it gets colder in the room during midnight you have to adjust the AC. The soap holder got detached from the wall where it's hanging, the same with the tissue holder. It's not much of a hassle but these small issues can be annoying.

Smaller resort with some double bungalows. These are functionally furnished. The resort has a nice, clean swimming pool. The staff is very friendly, symphatic and helpful; defects are corrected immediately. The resort has a perfect location and is beautifully integrated into nature. You can relax wonderfully. Breakfast is not inclusive so you can choice from a menue with different options what you like. In front of the resort has also a restaurant and bar.

Shower temperature is difficult to adjust.
