I have not taken my breakfast because i forgot i checked out early and the receptionist didnt remind me. About the location its good

The check in time... I asked if I can check in early of the check in time since I have to leave the house early due to the long travel hours. You know Its 5hrs away from ours. Since I was not assured I took the 2nd trip where the arrival time is exactly the check in time. The result I was trembling because I was not able to have lunch on time

The location is great as it near Sans Rival, Silliman, Boulevard or Baywalk. Almost everything is walking distance from the hotel.

The room smells a bit like an old cabinet. The reception smells good. It would be great if they could use some in the room.

Location amazing. Centrally located easy to walk around the main downtown of the city. So many food choices as well around the area. LP mall is a step stone away.

The property looks tired and dated. But you get what you pay for I guess. It is truly affordable. And the cleaning staff really does try to clean the property as much.

Is really nice hotel and clean the stuff very friendly near from the Bolivard and near from the shops and Markets and near from WU for cash transactions and banks to withdraw.

Cash only no credit card payments and no fridge to put your drinks like water at the room is must be requested from them and pay the rent for it.

The location was bang in the centre of the city! The hotel is simple yet clean and tidy. The interior is a bit out dated and need a bit of updating. I love how they have toothbrushes, soaps, shampoos and coffees in the room but no water though.

I didn’t like the blankets, they were super thin. Would be nice to have a proper duvet.

The staff and location of the Nicanor are hard to beat for the price. I really love this hotel and have stayed here many times now.

The facility itself has a few items that are still in a state of improvement, but I still love the place for the price

My Sister in law’s and the children stayed there and enjoyed their stay. It was more than what I expected and the room was very spacious and clean. They video chat with us here in the U.S. that way we was able to see the hotel, facilities and the room. The front desk was very nice and hospitable and welcoming to the family.

the chance for an Early Check-in , Excellent location at the center of the city, Staff are of great help especially Kuya who made it possible for our early check in and Kuya Guard who assisted us to grab a tricycle for the port and also the receptionist who made it easier for us when we lost the key card 😊

I cant tell so much about Hotel Nicanor, i just heard it from my sister, she was there and stay for 24hrs. And as she commended Hotel Nicanor staff are very approachable and polite, the place are very cozy & the room are clean she added. Im looking forward to visit Hotel Nicanor on my vacation day.😍

The receptionist was super friendly and understanding. I was with my old mom and because we came in earlier than expected, she let us check in early to make sure my mom is okay. what a lass!

n/a it’s not like shangrila of course but for the value, cleanliness, location, staff, it is a five star rate for me
