We love its location, cleanliness, accommodating staffs. It is also budget friendly with its good facilities and quality service. The hotel is new and hopefully it will further improve for the better. We really love our stay here and we will be coming back again with family and other friends.

Only 2 things: 1. The cr has two parts, the shower and the toilet.I strongly suggest that the toilet must have its own drainage just like in the shower, so that the possible excess water could flow and easy to drain. It's unavoidable to have no splashes of water even if they have shower curtain. 2. There's a 50pesos charge for food to be placed inside the refrigerator of the hotel for 24 hours. Our food is only 1 pack of 10pcs silvanas and was placed for about 10 hrs only. I hope they could get some considerations especially to other guests that may experience the same scenario. But overall, the stay was superb and very good. Thank you and keep it up.

Take note always fully booked sya so book ahead of time😍😍😍

Good location close to the airport, seaport, and Boulevard where most of the nice restaurants are located. Affordable room with basic amenities: -2 twin size beds with pillows and blankets -clean CR with mirror, toilet, and hot shower, -good working aircon -cable TV with remote that needed battery changing -2 door closet with 4 hangers -no electric kettle -no room service -you can arrange transportation going to seaport/airport with additional fee I also took out my own trash given that they don’t clean the room everyday and don’t replenish the toiletries, good thing I brought my own. I don’t mind the poor wifi and LTE connection since I only stayed at the room to sleep while I toured Valencia, Manjuyod, and Apo Island.

Location close to airport and easily accessible using tricycle. Bed and pillow very comfy. Great hot shower with full pressure water Late check out accommodated at a small extra charge. Very friendly and helpful reception and security staff. Very safe location. Has breakfast room but didn't try it . Average prices for PH breakfast PHP130 - Looked clean as did our room and ensuite.

Towels could have been a bit thicker and adsorbent. Tv slow to respond to channel change possible flat batteries. Could be a few more channels, maybe programs in English

it’s not something I “don’t” like per se but probably a suggestion for improvement: • the bathroom sink in Room 308 is leaking. Flooded the entire bathroom floor. • no water dispenser was provided in the 3rd floor. we have to go down to the 2nd, worse to ground floor just to get drinking water. • only 1 soap and 1 shampoo was provided. I must say it wasn’t a consumption for 2 people on a 2-day stay 🙁

The staff is great! Very helpful and friendly. Restaurant is great with excellent service also. Everyone makes you feel welcome!

Great location! Great price for the money! Food in the restaurant was delicious and affordable, super clean sheets, shower water pressure was perfect plus hot water. Very courteous and professional reception staff. Definitely will be back

Not a dislike for me but No elevator...however, only a 3 floor hotel

I really the bathroom wich you can shower a warm water and of course the very comfortable bed.

I was surprised and bit confused about the sign that there's no food allowed and there will be fine of 3000 pesos. But they just let us eat cup noodles inside the room. Hehehe.

room was clean, bed was comfortable, air conditioning worked well, has cable tv, large bathroom with hot water. restaurant in lobby gives discount to hotel guests and food is really yummy.

no complimentary water bottles, towels had stains on them.

I arrive at the hotel ahead of my check-in schedule. They accommodated me without extra charge. Lucky me there is available room on that moment. Also pleasure to meet the owner who is very nice and accommodating.
