Western quality hotel. Fast Internet. Good sized rooms. Best shower water pressure I've experienced whilst travelling in the Philippines. Tasty free breakfast.

Very slow to serve breakfast. They had a problem with the drains. I was in room 101 on the ground floor. They had to move me upstairs to escape the sewage smell. Apparently they fixed the problem by the time I'd checked out of the hotel.

I haven't met a more courteous staff, from the Reception ladies, to the Housekeeping, to the Kitchen staff. They are always ready to help the guests especially us, two bitty elderly ladies 😊. They even assigned a Ground Floor room for us. In terms of location, the hotel is accessible to a mall, church and quite a few restaurants. Overall, this hotel is highly recommended.

We did appreciate the accommodating personnel, the lounge bar and space at the top and small garden area, the nice restaurant room for breakfast, the well-equipped room itself and especially.. the king size bed! 🙂

A bit confusing breakfast policy and ordering options.

This place didn't pretend to be anything it's not. It was a clean friendly and comfortable hotel with a great bar and restaurant. The staff were really helpful and made us feel right at home. I would stay here again if I was in transit in Dumaguete. Loved it!

The breakfast is available for a minimal fee. There were few selections however. The hotel location is a bit far from the city center. But a lot of restaurants coffee shops are within walking distance.

There's no elevator so if you have mobility restrictions just book the rooms in the ground floor

the amenities were modern and top of the line, internet was super duper fast. work was not a problem the staff was accommodating and very friendly. overall its a 10/10 for me

its not like I dislike it but wished the kitchen will be available whole day. haha.

Nothing really but booking for com has incorrect map reference and myself and another party separately joining me and both our pedi cab drivers could not locate off the booking for com data map

How the staff greeted me everytime and the food as well as tge vibe of my room which they have upgraded to premium 😍
