location is very convenient because it is situated walks away from the docking area of island hopping tours. lots of shops and restaurants nearby. Plus amazing view. Be sure to book the rooms with beach view. Amazing!

Rooms are not regularly cleaned. So if you plan to stay for longer than 2 days, try asking staff to empty garbage and ask also for dustpan and broom so you can at least sweep the sand particles scattered on the floor. I also dont like that the airconditioning are not properly working. We stayed on 3 different rooms bec.I had 3 separate bookings. All ACs are poorly working. Good thing that there is a fan on every room so that helped. Also, there are power outages almost everyday. The property has genset but not enough to power AC. Not the property’s faulth though because it happens on the entire island of el nido. Just manage your expectations. If you’re not booking the room with beach view, you may want to consider other properties.

The view from the room was more than amazing! The room itself was simple, but the bedding was clean, which in my opinion is the most important thing. Staff was also very kind. The hotel is located at more quiet part of the beach, which we were very happy about. AC was working very good. We did not have any problems with water in the shower.

The first night we had given towels with stains on them, but the staff changed them the next day. We had one cockroach in the bathroom, but to be honest, they are everywhere in the Philippines (also on the streets). A refrigerator in the room would be nice. Keep in mind that El Nido beach is not for swimming and sunbathing purposes, so don't expect laying on the beach near the hotel, this is not happening there.

Amazing beachfront views at a reasonable price! Room was comfortable and A/C worked well. Location was right in the heart of El Nido town, but far enough from the main drag that it was quiet at night. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful with recommendations and assistance booking tours, rentals, and airport tricycles. The coffee shop next store was really nice and provided free cold filtered water for guests. I would not hesitate to stay here again!

Wifi did not always work well in the room. However, I never had issues with it in the lobby/coffee shop. Body wash, shampoo, and conditioner are not provided for guests, only bar soap. There is no refrigerator in the room.

First of all. Great staff. Booking.com couldn’t help with my inquiries and had to reach out to them directly. My rooms were non refundable but I had to change schedules due to some circumstances , they didn’t hesitate and were able to assist without a fee. The staff are all kind and accommodating. Great location yet peaceful and away from the crowd. Just a couple walk away from shops, food and ferry terminal. They have their own coffee shop too so you didn’t have to go out to grab coffee and breakfast. I love my breakfast with sea view. Ofcourse, it’s a pension house so don’t expect a 5 star hotel experience. Rooms were clean though and my room’s sea view ,is the star of the show. All in all i will come back and stay here again.

The shower pressure could do a little improvement. Not a big deal tho coz they have 2 shower heads.

I had Rosanna's Pension recommended by a friend for its superb location right on the beach, and I was not dissapointed. Beautiful views of the bay and the many fisherboats morning and evening. Rosanna's little café, Hama Café, serves simple, yet delicious breakfast and nice, freshly brewed coffee. The staff is nice and very helpful if in need of assistance. Rosanna's is located along the quiet stretch of of town so one cannot hear the busy night life further down the beach. An unexpected plus.

This is my second time staying at Rosanna's and it didn't disappoint. I came back here with my mom mainly because of the fantastic beach view. The staff were welcoming and very helpful with our needs. We felt at home right away. Not all accommodations can make you feel like this.

If the management could find a way to make balconies more private, i.e., provide a solid divide between rooms, then this will definitely improve the experience of travelers. Also, the AC takes a long time to cool, although it helped that there was a fan to make things better.

Views are extraordinary with rooms fronting the beach. Location is also great--El Nido town can be explored by foot from this property. The staff of the property are also always present to answer requests and go beyond the needs of the guests. To be honest, the people everywhere in El Nido: the drivers, guides, boatmen, servers, therapists, small business owners are the truly the gems.

The room we had booked for 4 seems small with one person had to sleep on a mattress laid on the floor and the bathroom, though clean and good facilities, is a bit small for 4 guests but given the pros of this property we can let go of it. Most of our days were spent outdoors.

The best part about Rossana’s Pension is its beachfront location. I woke up in the morning with a view of Cadlao Island from my bed, which was magical. A direct access to the beach from the property also makes it easy to stroll along the beach anytime you feel like it. The place is very clean, you can walk barefoot inside the hotel if you’d like to. They also gave cold and hot shower, and toilet with bidet. To top it all, you may self-serve yourself with their complimentary cold water, hot water and coffee anytime. Plus, we were able to park our rental car in front of the property.

There was just a tiny bit of smell in the bathroom that the very discerning might notice, but idefinitely not a cause to turn away from this hotel. In fact, it was barely noticeable. They do not have a swimming pool, but for the price that they are charging, asking for a pool would be a stretch. In fact, if they only have one, they could actually charge double and it will still be a good deal.

Nice view and balcony, close to center but still far enough from the more noisy parts of town.

Since it was a room good for five it could have been a shelf or something more for towels etc. on the bathroom.With two madresses on the floor it was difficult to not walk on them. Ok but should be informed better. And with family with five, why do we need to go three floors to get more toilet paper when it's empty. Just put 2-3 in the room. A broom to clean up sand and dust could also be nice. Just smal details from toppscore.

Spent 5 nights in ths hotel and the best thing about it is the view (if you have a sea view room). The location was also very good, close to the town but far enough from the noise. The staff was nice and helpful, the room comfortable, even if a bit small.

There could have been more supplies in the bathroom, such as shampoo or shower gel. We really would have wanted to have a minifridge, would have been highly appreciated. Some mosquito nets would have been great for the balcony door.
