Staff were very helpful and it was excellent value for money. Room was always cleaned on request and we were right in the center of El Nido town.

Everything was fine but if i had to critique then maybe the wifi could be faster (might be a location thing and everywhere is the same)

Clean comfortable and really a nice room.

Was on the 4th floor which I had no problem with but my partner says she’s too old for that many stairs.

Our towels were stained, we had no hot water for 3 days even after reminding staff several times. Only one lock on the door worked. Breakfast was awful

The staff was great, they were kind and accommodating. The beds were firm and comfortable. The AC also worked well. It was clean.

Where to start. There was no fridge in the room which would have helped after a long day of touring (cold water in the fridge), which would have lessened customers going up and down the stairs just to get drinking water from the lobby. There were ants in the room because there was no fridge in the room to keep leftover food taken out from the restaurants ( can't really finish the food when we're too tired from the trip and my son was jetlagged from flying all the way from the states). My son's toilet in their room and our shower area drainage keep clogging. No exhaust fans in the bathrooms. There was no space to hang the wet bathing suits. There was no cabinet to store clothes, just one or two shelves. Breakfast is not really good. I would have checked out during the first day if it weren't for the fact that we had already paid in full. Please take this as constructive feedback. There's always room for improvement. P.s. This is my second visit to El Nido. We had no problems with the first hotel we stayed at except they were fully booked on the days of our visit. They were in the same price range as this hotel and nearer to the beach

The staff was polite but lacked some professionalism in problem solving. Location is ok, close to everything.

1) Towels and pillows had brown/yellow stains. We asked to replace it but new ones still had dirty stains. 2) We had no hot water in shower for 3 days and asked receptionist several times (4 times!!!) to check it. In the end, when maintenance boy came to repair it, it turned out to be a simple issue of a circuit breaker. I don’t understand why they couldn’t come and repair it the very first day… 3) The breakfast is NOT good. The first morning we got 2 cold and dry pancakes, no drinks were offered. So we went to a restaurant nearby to get breakfast. The other days it was better and we got a coffee but still breakfast was very plain. 4) You can hear every little sound and noise. Be prepared to wake up at 5-6 am from noisy roosters and pigeons. 5) No hand soap in bathroom. No shampoo. No body lotion. Only a bottle of shower gel.

Location is great and it’s close to the Lio airport. It’s in town with access to a lot of different attractions and restaurants. We were there for 5 days and there were couple of power outages. The hotel has backup power so there’s no prob with that. Also a supply of water to drink is a plus.

The hotel has no elevator so if steps are a concern book a room on the first floor. The rooms don’t have enough hooks/places to dry your swimwear. The unnecessary noise that you hear while resting when you book a room next to the kitchen/staff room.
