This is a really nice place in overall: It has an amazing view to the lake Taal and the volcano. The area around is really quiet and safe. Mr Rey, the owner of the place is probably one of the nicest people I have ever met in my life. He took me to the hospital when I needed it and was very helpful with many other things. He is a genuine, good man. What's more, the food and coffee that he prepares are absolutely amazing. I will definitely come back to Baywalk Suites on the next opportunity.

The only downside ware the rare blackouts, but this is to be expected in any part of the country really.

I enjoyed the 5 nights stay at Baywalk Suites in Batangas... The place is so beautiful, facing the view by Taal Lake and every morning me and my sister we had to watch the sunrise and have breakfast, lunch and dinner by the view... I do really like the place , peace and quiet and comfortable.. We got the whole place by ourselves. Until the guest arrived , they coupled, very nice and funny, then we become friends... The host "Ray" is so lovely and friendly, the helper kuya Nestor is very helpful and kind.. We went for a walk just near the lake we saw an amazing view... Ray spoiled us i already missed the place. I would like to live there one day. We and myself definitely coming back to that resort...

The place is so private, quaint, rustic, lovely. The sound of the waves and the cool wind perfectly relaxes and really takes you away from the stresses of life without having to take a flight from. Manila. The grilled tilapia and/or grilled liempo is worthy of competing with 5 star restaurants. The hospitality and service is personal, sincere, warm. I am definitely coming back. The clean room and bathroom surpasses the standards of small "homes away from homes"

The bathroom though small is very clean and new. I just wish it were a bit bigger but it was not really a problem because the place is so awesome. The dock to the lake was damaged because of the typhoon and it was something I was looking forward to but that is beyond the control of the host.

The views were amazing. The gentleman who runs the place was so nice and helpful. He seemed genuinely interested in us and our plans. As we couldn't climb the volcano (the government have banned people from the island due to recent activity) He organised an early morning boat trip, which was amazing! All in all, a great stay! He also gave us a lift to manila airport for our flight (for a charge, of course). I would also advise taking him up on his offer of a lift from Taygaytay. The accommodation isn't the easiest to get to and the tricycle guys just rip you off.

Hospitality, food and personal touch and service of the owner. He is very accommodating and made sure we are comfortable. Suggests also itinerary that we can consider while in the property. More rooms in the future and keep the simplicity and home vibe of the place.

It was a good location and the host can even pick you up and drop you off at the Alfonso bus stop which makes getting there very easy. The views are also very beautiful and the breakfasts were delicious! There are really good restaurants with the best burgers I’ve ever had right next door as well.

The showers would stop working or get really low pressure when there was water running anywhere else so you would have to wait. Which is fine for me but I think eventually it would be nice if that could be fixed.

The owner is extremely accommodating and friendly. Helped us with a special request that made our night and very approachable if you'd like to gain some insight on what is good in the locale. The place itself is very peaceful. A great escape from city and work life. It is directly beside the shore of the Taal lake. Your breakfasts will be delicious and hearty with a wonderful view of the volcanic islands in Taal. The rooms were nice and clean, very cold so you might like to bring an extra blanket but all is well. Thinking about going back because we may have fallen in love with the place.

The location is off the beaten track and not the easiest to find. Located within metres of the shore of lake Taal the simple exterior opens into a surprise, a simple but beautiful garden full of exotic plants and relaxed seating areas. The property itself is simple but more than adequate but what makes it special is the owner Ray who cannot do enough for you cooking delicious breakfasts and an evening meal on request.

I was looking for a spot that would be close to nature and this place definitely checked that box being literally right beside the baywalk.

Clear directions to the place and adding signage along the main road would surely be of great help in finding the area

Very kind and easy-going owner, prepared dinner for us according to our request, very comfortable room, I haven't slept so well in a long time, A canoe excursion to Taal Lake was arranged for our itinerary and it was such a great memory。
