Views from the rooms with a volcano view were amazing. Large, very clean rooms. Helpful and friendly staff at front-desk, helpful and friendly porters helped with our baggage during check-in and check-out.

We had lunch on 12-29-23 at the hotel restaurant and service was very slow. We asked several times for our food, after other guests that were seated after us, received their food. We had breakfast the next day and the selection was mostly Filipino food. Almost no Western-style breakfast items, and just two kinds of fresh fruit. More Western and healthier breakfast items could be added (wheat toast, croissants, muffins, Greek yogurt, cereal, orange juice, more fresh fruit, hard boiled eggs). There were several fried breakfast items.

I have a mixed feeling about the hotel: we stayed a long weekend (Sat to Mon), and during the weekend it is overcrowded, with a lot happening. Of course this is due to the fact that a lot of people are going to Tagaytay during the weekend, but it is affecting of course your stay as well. On Sunday the breakfast was in a big room and nothing special, while on Monday it was in the dining room, with an amazing view and a really good service. The room was big with a nice view, beds and pillows really comfy. The view from the room was amazing. The pool is warm and nice, had a lot of fun, and of course we enjoyed the nice view of the volcano. The hotel is located quite a lot out of the town, so keep that in mind when booking.

I did not like in general the fact that it is overcrowded during the weekend, but it is like it is, and everything in Tagaytay during the weekend is overcrowded - but this is affecting the quality of your stay. The water in the shower was not that warm

Pets are welcome in this property without discrimination. I was with 3 of my furbabies and they enjoyed our quick birthday getaway. Charges are reasonable. I just hope they have a resto of cafe that allows pet owners and their babies to eat and relax overlooking taal lake and no need to go outside the hotel to do so.

The free breakfast is just average. Coffee is great though.

Thank you for the attentive and experienced staff and employees- they made our stay truly a special one. The housekeeping, front desk, the restaurant people. Congratulations Twin Lakes - you have a capable and truly amazing workforce. Truly beautiful nature around. So refreshing. Invigorating environment. I can imagine the lobby having a lot of flowers and decorations before the pandemic. Not this time, though. Plenty of space. It was just raining during our stay that I was not able to explore more the outdoors.

Breakfast was a huge disappointment. So was the dinner food we ordered, with the sinigang- one can tell that was not the choice and fresh pork expected of a hotel standard. I was not surprised, as the reviews I've read before our visit confirmed that the meals at Twin Lakes are not well thought of, not planned with quality. Not value for money. I can be happy shelling out more per pax for breakfast buffet, I and my family are doing that. For as long as the choices and quality of food justify the cost - that's true value for money. I suggest the bathrooms need to be cleaned more properly. Probably no proper inspection of cleanliness being done. The corridor carpeting is also worn out, but proper cleaning /vacuuming should make it look better.

Facilities, it’s clean and very comfy beds

I just noticed that the water heater from the shower automatically gets cold from time to time I guess it’s not a good idea because we need to wait for the water to get hot again then continue my bath it’s totally a waste of water, and when the balcony is open the aircon automatically turned off we didn’t notice it right away I thought the aircon is not working

From check in to check out we were assisted promptly, they were all kind plus the place is really beautiful. We love the heated infinity pool. The Game room, the restaurant, tge free shuttle to and feom Twin lakes sgopping arcade, we miss our room's veranda and comfy beds..plus the free chocolote cake fkr my husband's bday was divine. We would love to come back we didnt want to leave actually. Next visit I'll.make sure that the Winery is already opem for me...and a trip to the vineyard is also exciting. 🥰We fell In Love with Twin Lakes Hotel.

Breakfast buffet compared to all other 4 and 5 star hotels where we stayed in had the least food choices. Very limited options which doesnt give justice on how gorgeous and beautiful the place is. They should improve it.

The room was spaciois & we had a nice view of a portion of the pool & the hills. Staff was courteous & accomodating. It was a rainy vacation but everything still turned out well since the hotel staff was accomodating.i just wish the hotel had a walking access to the shops along yhe main road. They do however provide an hourly shuttle service.

They were extremely accommodating and allowed us to check in early at like 1pm. Front desk staff is extremely efficient, pleasant and helpful. The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting downtown.

Dinner is good, but some food are already cold. (Chicken pops and steamed veggies). Around 12am some guest (children) were shouting and running at the hallway. Breakfast is average. Took an hour to get inside the restaurant.

Location is amazing, and the room is pristine. We loved our staycation! Travelled with spouse and 2 kids, plus yaya. We have the extra bed set-up and all the commodities our provided as well for our yay.

The cafe was terrible! We availed the dinner buffet for 999/pax and it was horrible. There is limited food (pork liempo, fish fillet, soup, garlic rice) and when we arrived it's out of food already. Breakfast buffet should be improved also. Staff are helpful as always, but the food is not good.
