Excellent menu for breakfast. The variety of choices to choose from that suits the individual craving was "GREAT". Great location as well.

The room cleanliness was excellent. Need to pay attention to some of the little things though. I had to tighten the shower door handle because it was coming loose. And need to pay attention to advertising. When I booked my room, I was given a choice of a river view or the mountain/pool view. Of course, I choose the river view. Only to find out that the river view is sort of a man made and next to construction site. I understand the construction going on due to continuing build and improvement. But I think it could've been advertised differently. Other than that, it was a wonderful stay.

I like their bed and pillows, they’re so comfortable. The hotel is so clean and smells really good. Their staff are all friendly and accommodating. Though their breakfast buffet seems lacking in choices, but they really taste good.

Unfortunately, the room where I stayed had a busted table lamp and the mini bar was locked. Didn’t bother to request it to be opened coz I only stayed for a night but i think it shouldn’t be that way 😊 But over-all, I still enjoyed my stay.

I have stayed there twice before, and expected a room at the front overlooking the lake. I was very disappointed to be led through the lobby, past the casino and to a room with a view of a car park at the back. I did not accept this room, and immediately went back to the reception. The staff were very understanding and moved me to a room on the seventh floor overlooking the lake. Very nice. Next time I will specify exactly where I want to stay. Also, needs more shuttle buses to SM Clark City as the first one is at 1.35pm.

The door of the room is sealed to ensure that it has been cleaned and sanitized, and no one has entered afterward. The pool is heated and the attendant is helpful and courteous. Our room has a fantastic view of the Sun Valley scenery and we stayed on the balcony to enjoy and get fresh air. The bed is comfortable and comes with the famous Hilton pillows. At night, you will hear crickets and frogs which will give you a connection with nature. The bathroom fixtures are Hansgrohe and of good quality. The breakfast is superb! Thankfully, we decided to avail it and we enjoyed eating a variety of food. There is also a nearby 7-Eleven convenience store and a little cafe selling tasty donuts on the ground floor.

There is a long queue at the check-in counter so you should arrive early. We also encountered a problem with our room with defective lighting fixtures, but the hotel management was kind enough to transfer us to a bigger room (Thank you!). There should be a shuttle service going to SM City Clark or the Clark International Airport since we had challenges in getting the Blue Cab and/or Grab Car.

The room was very clean ( being new) and having them sanitized was a priority in the hotel. The food is great and tastes good ( not the usual bland flavor you get). And best of all, all the staff I met from check in to check out were very courteous and anticipatory of our needs.

It would have been better if d table umbrellas in the pool area would be routinely opened for d guests once the sun is out. The staff in the pool area could not set them up too when we were there. The tissue box in our toilet was easily consumed ( maybe good for 10 pulls only) and there was no spare in the room.

A relaxing stay after the 2 weeks of back packing across different islands of Philippines. Relaxing bath, spacious room, and the view were pretty good.

Expected more spread across propery as it is a resort.

The advertised photos matches our expectations. This is why we trust the big brands. They are consistent in their service, room feel, and food quality.

We don't like the long walk from the check-in counter to our rooms. It is a low-rise building so expect a lot of long walks (main entrance, buffet area, etc.).

Excellent service. Breakfast buffet was good. We appreciate the fast check in and check out services, the pool and the play are for children.

Everything was good except for our experience in Olive restaurant during their lunch buffet. At P1750 perhead, I was expecting a bit more choices, or atleast offer the staple buffet food like sashimi. Cakes were also very bland. I feel the choices were a bit lacking for the price. Breakfast buffet was good, however.

Small things like the water coming out of the shower area so the bathroom would get wet. Hotel just gave us extra bath towels, but it was just always so wet when we’d shower.

New facilities, excellent and consistent service, and a loooot of space! Great food as well in @ Olive and Xi.
