The Bed was very Comfortable. Kettle with teas and coffee was a nice touch and snacks in the room with a price list. TV with many channels even though I didn't use much. Aircon was ok. Owner was friendly and informative. Only an 8 min walk to Gaisano Grand Mall,Mactan. Shared Bathrooms 2 cold water and 1 Hot water showers with good pressure. Bathroom was modern and clean. Free cold drinking water.

Bed was a little short but manageable. Room was narrow but long and also ok for me. A slight damp smell in the room,Aircon a little noisy but overall my stay was ok.

We rented the budget room which was very nice. We knew it was very small and that was ok. But The vent from the bathroom goes right to the lobby which is also a nice seating area and the first night we could hear a lady who was Sitting out there talking at midnight. This is the only reason I gave it a nine rather than a ten. They advertise about a 10pm curfew to keep the place quiet and this was a bit of a disappointment. I’m sure she didn’t realize how loud it was to us but it is worth mentioning so others might want to think about spending a little more and getting a room further away to avoid this. It only happened the first night and I would return again.

You book this property because you have a flight the following day and this property serves its purpose perfectly. Location: 10/10 - within walking distance of the airport and a mall, plenty of food options and coffee shops nearby as well Staff: 10/10 - check in and check out easy, self check out is explained upon arrival Wifi: 10/10 - worked great for me which was important as i had work to catch up on Cleanliness: 10/10 - the room and bathroom were very clean Facilities: 10/10 - everything was pretty good Value for money - you pay slightly more due to its close proximity to the airport but honestly its worth it as you’re guaranteed a pleasant stay

This place was so refreshing to stay in as we have stayed in the hostel across the road in the past which felt like a dungeon. You can tell the owner makes an effort to keep the place a clean, relaxing and comfortable environment for travellers who tend to stay here as a layover before flying from Cebu airport. The room was extremely clean and comfortable, and we didn’t mind having a shared bathroom because there were many available and all were immaculate. The owner was also very friendly. Great value for money too. I would definitely return!

Nothing at all!

The room is perfect. We just stayed for few hours to sleep. Our flight is early in the morning and it’s close to the airport. It’s nice if you have early flights. Other than catching an early flight, you cannot go out and explore the city during the night because they close the gate at 10pm.

The bathroom is clean but it smells. Even i close the bathroom door. We had an early flight but i was not able to sleep because of the smell. It seems like the smell is coming from the drainage in the toilet or shower.

There is a tightly controlled 10pm - 7am curfew (written on the booking somewhere but I didn't read it) Normally I wouldn't like this. But as It happened it was just a place to sleep before the ferry trip the next morning. So all was ok I guess also visitors are prohibited.

Absolutely great place to stay, room had a sofa and table as well as huge double bed. Got given 2 towels each, minibar was cheap. Staff were so helpful, wifi was very fast. Room was very well presented and the shared bathrooms were so clean and always free as there were multiple!!

Shared Bathrooms had no aircon in so got quite hot and some mosquitoes in there (no major issues). Not much in surrounding area but location is great for airport

- I only ever give a 10/10 if there's nothing that really needed improvement and this place did everything right - conveniently close to the airport, Cebu City isn't really a place most people would enjoy anyway so in this case staying a little further away from the center is actually great when you use Cebu just for a layover like we did - it is very quiet which is something not many places in the Philippines can offer, let alone in or close to Cebu City - fully furnished "apartment" with fridge, stove, couch, bed and bathroom, snacks were available in the room as well

- not an issue for us but be advised the mattress is very very hard, I'm a tall 1.95m 100kg guy and the mattress didn't move at all when I was laying down

The staff and owner are friendly.

I didn't like the curfew hours because they locked the main door and couldn't access my motorcycle, nor could i leave and come back when ever I wanted, they had a small door for pedestrians only could still leave from during curfew hours but not one that could re-enter from. The whole place overall felt too overly secure, like the Philippines in the general the security measures are way over the top and not needed it just makes things less convenient.

Very good room.Small but fitted me perfectly as I was a solo traveller.Has all amenities well planned and laid out properly.did not need to ask for anything.They also have tea coffee for free in the room and free drinking water to fill in the common courtyard.They have curfew but honestly I think it's not big deal as after 10pm there is nothing you can do in the vicinity.Better to be in the room at that time.

I have no Netflix so was limited to watch You tube.but if you have a Netflix account then you are sorted.
