Breakfast is good. Nice bed, good air-con, nice CR, with bidet, cold & hot shower. It has nice sound-proofing room. The location is near trafficked highway which is busy and noisy but good thing my room don't have any loud noise from the honking cars.

When you arrived in the establishment, I thought what was stated in Booking.com price is all I need to pay, but there are additional charges for taxes and stuff. I wanted booking.com to improve that part where it will only show all fees & charges and just pay the fixed amount/stated price here in booking.com

I like the fact that it is near the airport and easy to locate. It is perfect for an overnight stay especially if you need an early morning flight. The people are friendly especially Kuya Narum, the guy at the reception area in the morning. I hope I spelled his name correctly. If not, then please correct me. They are just one phone call away and they cater to your needs. They serve free silog breakfast. The rooftop bar was nice with a talented band playing.

There is nothing that I didn't like. You'll get your money's worth. If you want something very fancy then better book a 5-star hotel.

The stuff were all accommodating and nice. Breakfast is serve and you can enjoy your cup of coffee anytime of the day for free.

As a slight sleeper, I didn't like the noise of the horns and cars

It is very accessible to all (transportation, malls). It is very convenient and has all what I needed.

It is loud even after 9 or 10 o’clock. I can hear guests talking loudly almost outside my unit (I was working 11pm-8am during my stay there) so I am aware of the surroundings. Rooms are not that convenient for working individuals since there is no table and chair allocated for the room (I have to request the table upon booking and was told it is subject for availability). I was given a table but it is just a small table where I can put my stuff, I can’t even eat on that table. And my room has no telephone/intercom to call the front desk, I have to get out of my room to order food, good thing my unit is near the front desk area.

The staff are so nice, everyone is friendly and welcoming , they're always happy to help if needed The food is good and the portions are bigger than expected The rooms are cosy and the beds are comfortable The location of the hotel is great as it's not too far from the airport and MOA.

The rooms are very small, so having more than 1 luggage is not very ideal, especially because it's a bit difficult to open them The road traffic is very loud, so you can always hear it when you're in the room, but they do have earplugs at the front desk if you want them.

I stayed here twice with my family in the month of October. The staff was really nice and helpful when we were having some problems with the organization of our trips and they were always available to our requests. I would also like to thank them again for receiving and keeping a parcel for a few days for me. It was nice to have breakfast near the pool. Good location if you need to stay close to the airport.

During our second stay the wifi didn’t work well and in the morning we didn’t have water in our floor when we were getting ready for our long flight.

The fish, rice and eggs were good would be nice if they had bread for the toaster or some hard boiled eggs in the fridge overall, it was pretty good I had coffee, tea, alcoholic beverage free I think they did a good job

Some bread for the toaster would be nice to make toast, maybe some hard-boiled eggs or yogurt in the fridge, some kind of bread for breakfast, sliced bread would be nice for the toaster, other than that it was very nice. The pool had way too much chlorine and acid. It took all the color out of my girlfriend’s swimming suit. You need to manage that better that’s pretty strong to take the color out of clothing.

The best asset of the property are the members of the staff. Genuine, warm, helpful people who did an impeccable job at making me feel welcomed. They made sure I was comfortable and they’re quite approachable. Special shoutout to Miss Lady and Mr. Jon. Even the cleaners and the people who brought in the food. Thank you so much! The bed’s pretty comfy as well. I’m quite surprised!

Just a little suggestion - the bathroom floor gets flooded when I showered (probably bcoz of the structure) so it would be nice if there’s a brush to sweep the water down the drain. And another thing, it can get kind of bothersome when there are kids playing in the pool esp. when they’re screaming bcoz I could totally hear the noise in the room.

The staff was the best part of the stay here, they offered great services when we were just here for layovers for our flights. They offer coffee, toasts as well as water near the pool but if you ask the receptionist, they offer pinoy breakfast for free as part of the stay. There's also Netflix on the TV which was helpful to pass the time. I wasn't a fan of the location as it's a busy area and not the nicest part of the city but we were there to wait for flights. If you're looking for a budget type of place and want to avoid expensive hotels in Newport, this is a decent choice if you dont mind small rooms!

The staff are accommodating and considerate due to the fact that they have given me an upgrade from for solo room to a double room with no extra cost, unlimited instant coffee is made available 24/7 for everyone for free which is very unique.

The location is not that convenient as you have to walk few minutes to where the shops are located. Also, it can be noisy too. You can hear people talking from your room. They could have made all rooms sound proof.
