The 24hr check out policy. You can check in anytime of the day and your check out will be after 24hrs from the time you check in. No hurry upon check out the time is yours. The price is just right. The room is so spacious for my family 4pax. The location is so near to the malls, banks, churches, and market. Very accessible to public transportation. The crews were so accommodating they respond quickly if you need assistance.

The exhaust fan of the toilet needs more bigger fan.

its very accessible, i finished what i need to accomplish in the city because this place is very near everything.

Prior a week prior to date of check in i requested for a room with View- Upon check in the receptionist gave me a room facing the Firewall of another building, i immediately asked if its possible to change, at first she said there was no room available, but miraculously there was a room available. it has a view, though its a noisy street, but i dont mind. The first room she have allotted for me could have been perfect if its in the higher floor, but all good.

As a solo traveller the space was huge but its very good,,having that little kitchenette is helpful with the water heater,the location was great close to my office and everything that is needed like mall and 7/11was a plus.Internet connection and the smart tv was a plus too.I would highly recommend this place.

The only downside was the water pressure for the rain shower its too low,,a bucket and dipper would be good and helpful.However the noise from the train is loud maybe because the window lock i guess is broken.

The room is clean as what you see in ads. The location is very accessible to malls, banks, church, and transportation. Most of all the price is very reasonable 1,500+ for 4pax ideal for family like us. And one more thing this hotel makes it more unique they have 24 hrs check out timing there is no rush at all upon check out the time is yours.

The place was very near the school and a ride away from the mall. The room was spacious, beds were comfy and the bathrooms had a heater. The AC unit worked perfectly fine. Staff members were very helpful and kind to the tenants.

Internet connection was faulty and weak towards the end of our stay. Also, there was one time when the alarm got faulty as well and went off by accident.

The staff are friendly and the room was comfortable. They place gives you your money's worth and it is near to almost everything. :)

Wifi was not working in Room O-70 or was it O-07.. reported it 2x on different days but up until I left it did not work :( (stayed there for 5 days)

The staff was very friendly and helpful. They let me checkout later in the day so I didn't have to spend all the day at the airport. The room was clean and I could even choose between four beds to sleep.

It was a little bit noisy because of the traffic outside. The security deposit of 1000 PHP was a bit unexpected, but it was returned in full amount and immediately during the checkout.

the toilet and shower area was smelly, and with molds. there was a problem with the Wi-Fi as there were days there was no internet. tried calling the reception twice, no one answered, i could have tried calling them again, but I’m very anxious and an introverted kind of person. but other that everything was 👌

It is close to attractions around manila. Place was same as advertised. Room was beyond expectations, specially the loft bed for four people.

I find it hard to sleep maybe because of the hard mattress used. Plus, the bathroom is constantly making water sounds, making it more uncomfortable. The loft that I was sleeping was also very noisy and squeaky, I need to watch my move all the time. No available food for purchase also.

Friendly staff, great accomodations and is very near where we needed to go for my son's enrollment. It is great that there is a 24/7 check-in and check-out, since we arrived past 9pm. The room was clean with adequate WiFi connection.

You have to pay for parking which is not much of a hassle than worry about your vehicle parked along the street.
