All went went, staff were respectful and very accomodating, the property is well maintained, to this end I would like to commend the staff who is in charged of making up the rooms at the 9th floor, he kept our room clean in the entire four days of our stay. Food is great. The free water you provide the guest at the hallway is also exceptional and convenient, that way, we dont have to buy water from elsewhere.

Only an observation, I was about to use your airport transfer from the hotel to the Airport, but in your website, the cost is way too much. I think It is about Three Thousand Pesos (P3,000). One would not normally spend this much in getting a ride from your hotel to the Airport. So please consider reducing the cost a bit. Thank You.

Superior location. About a block from Robinsons Ermita in one direction and about the same to the LRT (light rail train) station in the other direction. About three short blocks away from a casino and money changer with great rates (recommend Sheebah or Worldwide on Mabini Street at about Pedro Gil for the best conversion rates). Room was large and clean. It had a kitchenette. Comfortable bed.

The price was a little high compared to other hotels, but I think the price was worth it in terms of quality and convenient location. They charge for luggage storage unless you have a room booked for a later date. I think they should store luggage for free as a courtesy for a guest whether or not a room is booked in the future.

We enjoyed our 5-nights stay at Hotel Kimberly Manila as (i) Staff were excellent - personable, willing to assist; (2) Room was well maintained & clean - though lighting could be improved; (3) location was good - close to downtown & facilities; (4) Breakfast was excellent - happy with choices we had.

Staff were always very welcoming and effective. The location is convenient for international travelers as it is nearby a bus and train station and in close proximity to several stores and a big shopping mall.

The water from the shower kept running out of the cabin due to the way it was constructed, and the breakfast buffet frequently got a bit overcrowded. Overall these minor inconveniences and hotel Kimberley is definitely worth a stay.

Great location. Very accommodating and polite staff.

Stayed for 6nights and there were days when the housekeeping forgot to take out used cup&saucers. We would return from a full day of work and while the beds and t/b were cleaned thoroughly, the used cups will still be there on the table. One time, the trash was also forgotten near our door. Wifi was also not reliable some nights.

We had a good experience at the family suite. The room is clean, comfy, and relaxing. You can cook your dish, it comes with a kitchen, dining ware, medium size fridge, electric stove, electric kettle, and microwave. Everything you need it's there! all you have to do is buy your ingredients for your menu. Breakfast was included in our reservation and it was great. The staff were friendly, especially the housekeeping. They are one call away and they're knocking on the door for just a moment. 😊 I highly recommend it! This Hotel is within walking distance of Robinson's Malate. The marketplace is near as well, you can ride a tricycle and pay 60 pesos. We would like to stay here again. This hotel is very well located in a lively district. We had a room on the 9th floor, which offered a great view on the skyline. The room was spacious, large comfy bed, and internet worked well. We didn't use the restaurant as there are plenty of food places around, great dimsum and food court in Robinson's mall, 5 min walk from the hotel. Also the Korean district is not far, offering great places for food and drinks.

We arrived late at night after an long overseas flight. The check-in went smoothly, but when we asked where we could eat, we were only referred to the 7 eleven store nearby, whereas there are restaurants open 24 hours/day throughout the city. We wish the staff had told us!

A hotel in the heart of Ermita/Malate district. Very delicious food, ate at Cafe K 3 times on an overnight stay. Common balcony was nice too. Friendly and efficient service made our stay great. Our pet Coco enjoyed his stay the most. We will be back again.

The water heater didnt work. Then at 6AM, someone from maintenance came to check on our electrical switch board. We were awoken so early, I wasn't able to return to sleep. :(

The front desk is 24h! And the receptionist at midnight from early morning was so sweet and kind<3 we booked a family suite for 4 days. The room was quite big but there was only 1 bathroom. Idk how other budget hotels are, but compared to price, very nice. 7-11&Jollibee were 2min by walk and there was a late night massage next door but not that recommended(i just went for 24h massage experience lol) +club zzyzics is very close so recommend for young ppl, and Robinson as well

Their staff was friendly and courteous. The front desk attendant allowed us to check in earlier with no extra fees. The location is near some tourist spots and their food tastes good. The room is spacious and clean.

We were assigned rooms ins the 3rd and 8th floors. On the 3rd floor - they have a window, but no view - just a wall half a meter away. On the 8th floor, they have a window with a view. However, I think a guest prior to us smoked in that room, it smelled that way during our whole stay. No gym nor pool. Although I appreciate that the hotel allowed pets, I think their charge of Php 1,000 per day is expensive (excludes Php 3,500 cleaning charge if ever your pet pees on their beds).
