The location is perfect. It is 150 meters from Greenbelt 3. Lots of restaurants that are walking distance along Arnaiz road, it's near the airport, grab is easily available because of its location; the size of the room is big. The staff are very attentive. You can get a water refill at the hotel restaurant, so make sure you bring a water bottle and save single use bottled water. The security guard and bellhop are very attentive. It's relatively quiet despite its location.

It will be nice to have a water refill station on each floor provided to check the eco-friendly box. The state of the carpet on our floor, 3rd floor, needs major update - stains and there are vertical and horizontal ripped on the fabric. The breakfast buffet fruit and salad options can be improved

Big, clean room. We stayed on the 4th floor in the quiet part of building. Large bathroom with enough hot water. Loved the provided make-up mirror. Very long desk which gave us enough room to put all our women stuff as well as space for gadgets and even enough space to have a meal. Comfortable beds with nice smooth bedsheets. Multiple electrical outlets for charging electronics. Location proximity to Greenbelt malls, Landmark, Glorietta and SM can’t be beat. Excellent value for the amount paid per night.

Carpet in hallway definitely needs an upgrade as they are falling apart. But the place was kept very clean so I could just ignore it.

Nicely sized room with cold air conditioner. Very clean. Great staff! The breakfast buffet was different daily and was an opportunity to try different Filipino dishes, fresh salads, and typical Western breakfast items. The Chef was accommodating for dinner and made the Pork Sisig extra spicey at our request. The staff was really great at helping us with arrangements for transportation. Driving a vehicle in Manila is not a good idea as the traffic is a nightmare; there are many options for getting where you need to go. Just ask the front desk for assistance. There are a few malls just blocks away, and it's safe to walk in this area of Manila - the city's financial district. This hotel is great value for the money, and we will stay here again.

I got the value for my money for its location, the cleanliness of the hotel and the helpfulness and friendly hotel staff. It’s comforting to see that hand sanitizers are available in the common areas of the hotel.

I think the hotel’s menu for the buffet breakfast can be improved. I was hoping to see some corned beef, longganisa, tocino, beef tapa or even hotdogs. I was even expecting some dried fish but I thought it might not be in line with the hotel’s theme. That’s the reason why on the second day, I looked for other breakfast place to satisfy my cravings.

The location is very close to Greenbelt and Glorietta malls. Breakfast was amazing with plenty of choice that rotates everyday so you won’t get tired of eating the same menu everyday. The bread selection was simple was it was very delicious, quality over quantity. On our last day, they allowed us to check out late (with some fee of course). I would recommend this hotel to anyone who wants a cheaper but amazing hotel in Makati.

Just one minor thing, the pillows were extremely firm for my liking. Otherwise, it was an amazing stay.

The place is walking distance from Green belt shopping centre.

The second day we transfer to other room due to the doorlock got stock; Then we were transferred to another room it was so bad because of the smell of the paint was so strong and we can't sleep during the night I talk to the receptionist about the smell in our room and we move back again to another room. I think was just a matter of circumstances that happen during our stay for me I can still recommend the place;Darwin was very helpful and all of the staff.The food in the restaurant was good.

This hotel was great close to greenbelt 200m away, best money for value in makati as it is half the price of larger hotel's with rooms offering the same stay. Water pressure in the bathroom was the best,rooms were clean and big and the aircon freezing. Smaller hotel which was never crowded free parking very convenient.

Only nit picking here,There was no pool but was not there for leisure, breakfast wasn't the best but not the worst it was acceptable, carpet in hall ways could do with upgrade, overall would stay there again.

Amylee and the other staff were helpful and friendly. The food in the restaurant is good value too, with very large portion sizes. Wifi was fast, it cut out a couple of times in the afternoon but we were able to work and conduct video calls with no problems. The bed was extremely comfortable, and the room was very well sized. The location was perfect, close to everything you need and with fantastic restaurants nearby.

A little expensive overall

Clean and very accommodating staff. Also very convenient to get to good restaurants and shops in Makati. Fairly near the airport so not much worry about being late to flight. Quick and transparent check-in and out. WIFI was fast. Food in cafe menu was local but nice. Overall good value for money.

Could improve on food/restaurant service like wider food options. Shower drain needs improvement so water doesn’t pool on floor which can also be dangerously slippy. Check on room a/c, mine was dripping water on first night and my clothes would’ve been soaked had I not noticed, as luggage table/shelf is right under the a/c.

All the staff - awesome. They were all very helpful and ready to go an extra mile. Special mention to all the lovely ladies at reception. Wont mention names as I dont want to miss anybody. Thank you so much! Guards and the guys at the cafe were fantastic too. Would recommend!
