An extremely convenient location, with convenient store and dining options available in the adjacent mall. It was also nearby to train stations, and central for tourists––near to the airport, Intramuros area, Poblacion and BGC (which were popular for bars and restaurants). The room and rooftop restaurant offered a great view overseeing the city. Generally, the room was spacious and comfortable. The pool was nice too altho a little too dark in the evening for general safety.

They had a 24-hour service desk, and overall staff were friendly but wasn't felt throughout the stay as only selected few (who look like managers) would proactively reach out, as I watched several, including myself, struggled to carry our breakfasts to the outdoor sitting area due to a manual glass door and no help was extended even if there was a crew member stationed nearby. The turnover rate for breakfast was rather slow too, and often times had to request for utensils from the crew members. Additionally, the dividing panel to the shower wasn't sealed well, and water would flow outwards. The drenched floor towel was left as is even after housekeeping, which was appalling.

Everything is in place for long stays, cooking, washing machine and dryer, comfortable bed great staff. Australian embassy just across the road, restaurants and more, staff and hotel is a good stay

The restaurant, this needs major attention. 3 times we tried the restaurant and 3 times disappointed, food should all come out at once. Meals brought 1 at a time and 20 minutes apart, this happened 3 times, even drinks took 40 minutes to arrive. No it was not busy as there we're only 6 to 9 people including ourselves on the 3 occasions. Waited 40 minutes for a well done lasagne, just an apology instead of replacing lasagne, once the restaurant improves then Seda Residences becomes the perfect stay

I really love the Seda Residences Makati! The premier bedroom is very excellent, and the windows have awesome views! I can see the wide view as 360 panoramas view. I feel very relaxed and peaceful in my mind, and I used what I needed in the facilities - breakfast, physical fitness, pool, and also the nearest food shops. The staffs are very awesome at communicating with me (Deaf); they also use the paper under the door to notify me to open the door as part of DEAF CULTURE. I am very appreciative of all staffs to great talking me. Thank you very much for allowing the visitors to come to the living room and keep my luggage for one week.

One of the most comfortable beds ever slept in. Just perfect to end your trip on so you're fully relaxed to head home. Room itself , 3222, had great views over the city. Fast and stable WiFi. Bathroom quite large with all the freebies you could want. The gym had lots of great equipment and the pool large with nice views. Restaurant at top of building makes for a great free breakfast start to the day. Staff super nice and professional and great location with lots of restaurants near by.

Just a heads up you need to pay a deposit (refundable at check out). Mine was 2000php for 2 days stay.

The rooms are incredible and compare to some of the luxury hotels in the area that cost almost twice as much. We had recently stayed at the Conrad Manila and agreed that this property was essentially on par for half the cost. Location wise there are a lot of shops and restaurants in the area, it's more in the middle of Manila than some of the resort hotels so maybe not for you if you're looking to be near the water. That said, although we didn't use it the pool looked very nice and had incredible views of the city.

The entrance is a bit hard to find. The hotel is on the upper levels of a large shopping complex and the entrance is actually inside the complex. It's hard to see from the road when you're first arriving and apps like Grab / Uber seem to want to drop you off curbside rather than entering into the complex to the actual lobby area.

The check-in staff led by Ericks is amazing. I would honestly say they made the stay worthwhile. Ericka seemed to provide extra care for us by providing recommendations when asked . Her team provided the same care and concern. Through observation of them engaging with other guests; I learned we weren’t special after all, they provided the same care to each guests. They are amazing and make Seda what it is. Hats off to the gents at hotel entrance funny group of guys and very polite.

The roof top breakfast was cold and a little disappointing. The rooftop restaurant was ok but seem overpriced

My 1 bedroom was in excellent condition, clean and well appointed. It even has a washer and dryer that I really didn't need. Location of my room was end of wing hallway. Perfect.

The tvs are difficult to control, one remote to handle the cable box and TV. It's a prescription for complexity and of course I ended up unable to use it. The windows of the surrounding building while not so close as in the other side of the building (which I experienced before) are still overlooking the bedroom so I ended up closing the curtains almost completely. One section of the bedroom window was free of surroundings.

Breakfast was awesome, made more exceptional by awesome staff: Jasmin, Joy, Jay, Baste and especially Marj (she”s the BEST). Daily Breakfasts at rooftop made our day/s and nightcap at Straight Up Bar cinched our nights (with very exceptional service by Joanna, Sheila, Danica, Tin, Julius and Joan, by Pizza). We are 150% satisfied with our stay and PLAN on staying here again in the future. Front desk and Concierge +Bellboys we’re ALL Extra nice and very very helpful; even booked our Grab twice for us; who could ask for anything more.

We stayed at New World before and their location was the best because everything was walking distance. We are seniors so walking was quite hard for us to go to Greenbelt; tried twice and that was it. Taxi and Grab were always an option but it would be nice to just explore on foot.

Since we only have a few days in Manila i booked a 2 room Suite which has a spacious living area. I accomodated friends and family in the living room. The Staffs are all very friendly and helpful. The housekeeping would always keep our room very clean and tidy ( Thank you Ms. RUTH ). The beds are very comfortable. And the area is so accessible to everything. It only took us 30mins from the Airport to the hotel. We left the airport at 5.45pm and arrived 6.15pm.
