The beds

The room is not well lit. Feels like its always night time. Even if we opened our windows, the building’s wall were blocking the sunlight also

The room was cleaned daily and the view was really good as well - I lived on the 7th floor and noise from the outside was not disturbing. Breakfast was great, they had a separate station for eggs and the selection was solid, but it might not be that every day you'll find something you like. The staff was super friendly and they're ready to answer any of your questions and help you with anything you might need.

When I arrived the remote for the TV had empty batteries I thought but in reality it was the TV that didn't work as expected - which I was OK with as WiFi was good, but if you're a TV watching person you'll need to pay attention to that. AC in my room was working, however again its remote was a bit older so not all the digits were visible so I wasn't sure for the whole stay what the settings were for my AC. I felt the water pressure in the upper level rooms might not be as hard, so showering wasn't the best experience, in case you want to have long, hot showers.

I had my flight at early morning, however they did serve the breakfast too late at 6:45 instead 6:30

Staff are always friendly and very accomodating. Brekfast is good. Chef doris was very friendly too. The rooms were big for 2 people and clean. This is our go to placce whenever me and my husband visits Manila. Location is good, there is an Asian restaurant in front and Shopewise 2 blocks away. If you're into fast food you have heaps near the area too,

could have been better if there is a kitchen on the rooftop. The food are not served warm. We had trouble with the lights on the side of the bed and AC was not working as expected. The staff was quick to have it resolved though and we were moved to a room where everything works fine. Nevertheless it's no biggie.

The room design was really gorgeous and elegant !The breakfast are also delicious and the staff are very nice and very welcoming.

- When we came back from outside it took around 10minutes before the parking gate was opened. I even went to the front desk 2 times and when i returned to our car i saw the guard (i think he just woke up) that's why it took much time before the gate were opened. - I wanted to do the laundry service but was told that it will take 2-3 days for my laundry to return and i think that's way too long and was only staying for 3D2N.

The Bed was really comfortable and clean. The City was just 2 minutes away and water station and Grocery store were accessible in 3 minutes by foot. Also many fast food chains in the area. Staff were really nice and like to have conversations. Breakfast was great.

The doors were paper thin, you can hear everything going on in the hallway and everyone in there can hear you. Bathroom is filthy and starts stinking if you pee in the shower because the toilet is occupied. The AC is fine, not the best but it does the job. Outside our Window a construction was going on every day from 8 am to 5pm so we didn’t get to have any naps. Windows were also paper thin and you could hear every car motorcycle and even bicycle riding by.

We got 4 rooms for my family with 7 adult kids: 1 king and 3 twin rooms with two of the twin rooms having double size(almost queen) beds. The spacious rooms, and the good lighting plus the fluffy big beds, black out curtains made it a comfortable place. I didn't have any problems checking in and out, especially that I booked with booking.com.

If other customers complained about the bathroom smell, I noticed that it's not just this hotel but most hotels in Manila have that weird smell from the sewer lines. I don't like it as well being that I stay in hotels in the metropolitan area to visit my family but it's not unusual.

The staff were kind, courteous, attentive and friendly. The breakfast food was a mix of hot and cold dishes, with fruits, yogurt, tea and coffee. Tasty dishes like pancit bihon and beef menudo! WOW! WiFi speed was reasonably fast. The room was spick and span! Margie and I loved it!

The AC needs to be replaced with a better quality AC. It took longer than usual to cool! Our male Room Attendant would only speak with my girlfriend in Tagalog, without translating anything to me! Haha😄! The room could do with a laptop 💻 desk please. Otherwise, everything else was great!
