great location, love the layout of the food ( Dinner and Breakfast) area a lot better. greater selection of foods ( both at breakfast and dinner) and more staff to cater to guest needs. i love that its on the ground floor ( Lobby) and not on the mid floor level like before. staff were really attentive to guest needs and were warm and friendly and very obliging.

Location of hotel is good. Is within walking distance to Robinson's. Good Korean restaurant across the street. Elevator service is good. Housekeeping is responsive.

Hotel advertisement includes fitness center. The fitness center was not operational. I was offered to go to another location, but that is not a suitable choice. For the price of the room, the fitness center should be made operational. And, as I recall, the fitness center is not very large. There is room for improvement here.

Restaurant not good service

Really enjoyed my stay. Perfect location in Malate near many sites such as Rizal Park, Intramuros etc. Fantastic views from the elevator and the rooftop restaurant. food was amazing throughout, whether it was breakfast or the cafe downstairs.

For a five star, it felt slightly dated (updates and refurbishment are ongoing) and there were some minor inconsistencies with the service (the staff was super friendly though). It’s also on the pricey side. Apart from that, highly recommended.

The hotel overall is very comfortable to stay in. You get great views from the top floor restaurant and many of the rooms. The location is good - close to Robinsons Ermita which is a pretty good mall, Baywalk which is good for morning or late afternoon walks, and Intramuros and Rizal Park which are both tourist destinations. Transport to the rest of Manila is relatively easy also. I recommend using Grab rather than taxis. This time I used the hotel's airport transfer and can highly recommend that, especially when you arrive! Transport from NAIA is a bit of a problem otherwise.

I felt that the breakfast buffet was overpriced given the relatively small range. Dishes ran out frequently. Much of the time I had breakfast in the ground floor cafe (&more) which was much better value.

Very good location. Walking distance to Manila Bay, Robinson Mall. Intramuros the walled city is a short taxi ride away (Php 200/-). It is in the Manila Korean Quarter. So good choices of food. Taxi from Airport is PhP 300/- Max. As I was a returning Customer, I was upgraded to a room with a Jacuzzi. However the Jacuzzi at the 7th Floor with swimming pool is very good.

The location is great, it is close to the airport, shopping mall and the dental clinic that we usually go. We love the room especially the bed linens and the bathroom. And the best part, they have a excellent restaurant. We thought the breakfast is fantastic!

There's nothing that we didn't like about this hotel.

The staff at the hotel were terrific: very friendly and helpful.

The breakfast buffet was reasonable although not excellent. The coffee was fairly mediocre

The Hotel was quiet the staff were friendly and helpful. The restaurant was very nice but i would have liked a little more selection and the food wasn’t so hot perhaps if there were plate warmers it would help.

The food was warm and selection could have been a little more Filipino food would have been better.
