The hotel is across from the main entrance to Robinson's Mall Ermita. Our room was tastfully renovated with modern fittings as well as being well presented and very clean. Air-con was quiet enough and the bar fridge actually worked.

As a six footer, the bed could have been longer. It was still comfortable. Little cockroaches everywhere which were no match for Eucalyptus Spray. We don't travel without it. Also the safe was locked, would have been nice to be able to use but we got around it.

Location- accessible to all facilities such as malls, school, offices and others. Transportation wise all good.

..It was my second stay , a gap of days only but the second stay were so disappointed , rooms are small even we booked the same category as my first stay. No available socket for charging, bathroom a bit of stinky, bedsheets are so thin need to request a blanket.no aircon remote manually adjusted by ourself. We don't bother to complained but its should be a standard in a hotel.

Liked that breakfast was included in the booked price and that they have updated the rooms etc

The faucet in the bathroom is wrong for the basin. The water spills onto the bench when you turn it on and you can't wash your hands under the water easily.

Very strategic location for my purpose in staying there. The staff are friendly and accommodating. The food served were superb.

The way the water flows to the floor drain in their bathroom. It's a mess coz the whole floor is wet when you take a bath. However, my overall stay there was great!

Staff are courteous and v nice, room is clean and bed is comfy, room service is on time and location is awesome!:-)

The hotel lobby needs improvement. Restaurant has to upgrade thier menu and so with breakfast selections. Tv must be upgraded to smart and must be bit bigger.

Staff and its location. It always make me feel home jz away frm home. Mr Kevin,Mr Edwin and Ms Rachel, in particular, and so with the rest of the staff are helpful and always find ways to assist the best they can.

The staffs were accomodating and kind. The room is comfortable and the aircon is working very fine. Peaceful. Accessible to malls, lrt and other tourist attractions. Breakfast was served on time. Will definitely go back here.

Bathtub is not that really okay because of minimal metal stains. I think it must be replaced by new ones. However, it still serves it purpose. Still good.

After the not so great experience we had upon arrival. Staffs were very helpful in our needs. Photocopies, printing of our documents. Room services...They were happy to assist us. And GREAT LOCATION, Robinsons mall just right infront of the hotel. You can find anything at Robinsons.

Our room was not ready yet when we arrived. It was prebooked and paid for already ahead of time and specifically mentioned that the 2 rooms should be on the same floor with windows. But the 2 rooms we paid for was not on the same floor, the other room has no window which is very dissapointing. Also, we informed them that we will be arriving around 2-3pm but when we arrived around 3pm, we had to wait for 30mins since it was not ready yet.
