location and beds are comfortable

there are no bath rugs when you step out of the shower or hand towels to dry your hands You have to use the big bath towel there is a rubber mat for the shower but it was gross and dirty full of black mold

The location was quite convenient since I picked the hotel based on the proximity to a church. The room was nice and clean and I was able to change on the day to a different one closer to my cousins since they had room. There is a door which connects the hotel to the mall. There are quite a few eateries nearby. You are able to get free day parking for the mall, just register with reception.

There was no bottled water in the rooms but there was a water dispenser by the elevator. There weren't any other amenities other than the rooms. The door to the mall is very easy to miss.

This is the longest stay I have had in a hotel (3 weeks) and the location is great as I do not need to go out to get food,grocery or even shopping.The hotel is right inside the Rob Magnolia premises where a connecting door goes through the mall directly.The staff was nice and courteous to accommodate my requests for change sheets,clean the bathroom and give me the extra two bottles of water everyday.

It could have been nice if there was a pool or a nice view deck .

Overall the place was very clean and well maintained. Beds were comfortable and provisions such as toiletries and coffee set were complete. We really had a nice and comfortable staycation. Due to its close proximity at the mall, all other essential establishments were highly accessible. All staff were also nice and friendly and they made sure that we had everything that we needed taken care of while we were there. One thing to mention is that being a boutique hotel, breakfast choices were a git limited but were good enough to fill you up for the day. Breakfast food were typically Filipino dishes and were warm and delicious.

Parking space may be a bit tricky to find since it’s located at the basement parking of the mall and comes at a first come, first serve basis.

Everything in the hotel is awesome, but yesterday, 1 hour before i checked out, i informed the front desk NAME QUINO, we will just buy lunch & return before our the 12am chechout. When we returned at 11:30am, our room is already locked. Twice I go downed ( 5th flr to Ground Flr). I inforned Quino, but still the Card Keys he gave, still not opened my room. The Hotel is highly recommended by my Boss at Insular Life. This made me so DISGUSTED😰😡bec. Of this irresponsible front desk Quino. Hope this will not happened again...

Otherwise the hotel is great. Very nice staff, nice and really big room with great bed, TV, bathroom etc.

Food. The full board provided during the mandatory quarantine upon arrival to Philippines was the worst food I ate during one week in my whole life being 65.

Best for location and for very courteous and friendly staff.

I didn't like that I had to ask for certain amenities like a towel for the bathroom floor or extra toilet paper instead of having them standard in the room. There's also a lot of small lights in the room (various light sources that cannot be switched off like fire detectors) which disrupts sleep, so bring a sleeping eye mask to ensure complete darkness. I didn't like how low the shower head was as well.

Bigger than the usuall rooms in the Metro. Excellent location. With ready access to the Robinsons Mall, Magnolia. Helpful banquet and room service staff.

The buffet breakfast. Not much food selection. Okay taste for a complimentary breakfast. We were at the banquet 15 minutes before 10 a.m. The food service staff (2) were "less than enthusiatic" to help us getting the plates, utensils, etc. They are probably "more enthusiastic" to clean up.

I chose this property for mandatory quarantine due to its location (near where I actually live). So for me, and for the specific purpose for which I booked it, the location was perfect. The staff members we interacted with (in this case limited to the reception staff and the ones who delivers food to us) were courteous and professional. While these interactions were few due to the covid restrictions, we nonetheless felt the sincerity and their willingness to help. Quarantine food was more than adequate and always delivered hot, but a bit repetitive in terms of taste profile.

There was an awful smell emanating from the bathroom on some days. I think it has something to do with the exhaust (maybe defective). Also, I would’ve preferred that they didn’t use so much plastic for the food. The water bottles provided were too small, so they had to provide 2 bottles per person per meal—hence more plastic waste.

was shocked the room was so big and very comfortable for the price. clean and the shower was good

the only issue with the property was parking. we were able to find the parking area but there were no clear signs where you park for the hotel guest since it is shared with the mall. the security let us in but didnt bother to tell us where to go.
