The location itself is the main selling point. It's near the Jaime Velasquez Park where the famous Salcedo Weekend Market is held every Saturday. The rooms were, in itself, very good and well-designed. All the staff were very professional.

We couldn't really use the balcony due to the construction right in front of the property so I think the property was a little bit overpriced considering the work around its area. Room cleaning was slow, too. We left our room the whole day, the cleaning staff were on our floor when we left, and yet when we came back the room was still not cleaned.

Malaga room was pleasantly very spacious, like you can do yoga or even add a sofa or a small dining table in that space. While there was a balcony, I was not able to enjoy it since it was facing the nearby construction building. Nevertheless, location was perfect, got to enjoy the Salcedo weekend market; restos, cafes and decent bars are nearby. Beautiful artworks are displayed and they even have an art gallery for viewing. Staff were polite and helpful.

I love small hotels and this one just hit home. The location is so perfect. We love how there's so many restaurants around and a park for walking.

I didn't like how the housekeeper wouldn't restock the consumables like slippers and toothbrushes unless I asked for it the next day. In case she forgot, those are all part of the room cost computation, and the guests has every right to have them replenished. It doesn't matter if we use it or we keep them to take home with us, it's paid for anyway! That's the only thing that I didn't like

The Picasso is a nice place, it’s convenient with a very good restaurant and coffee shop attached at the ground floor. My studio was spacious and modern. The staff was excellent and helpful at all times.

there is a balcony, but its useless, no chair or table. Smoking is not allowed on the balcony either, you must travel to the roof deck on the 10th floor, and, there is no Wi-Fi up there. No wifi in the coffee shop either, which is a bit vexing. This information is not disclosed in the Booking dot com listing, so if you are a smoker, be aware, the balcony is not available for that. I gave the place an 8 as I feel this should be disclosed. I wouldn’t have chosen this hotel had I known, and I believe this is one of the reasons they are not fully forthright about this issue.

Title: A Picture-Perfect Stay at Picasso Serviced Residence, Manila Last week, I had the pleasure of staying at Picasso Serviced Residence, located in the heart of Manila, and it was nothing short of an artistic masterpiece. From the moment I walked into the stylishly decorated lobby to my last sip of coffee at Cartel, I was treated to exceptional service, stunning accommodations, and a gastronomic adventure I won't soon forget. The rooms at Picasso Serviced Residence exuded luxury and comfort, with tasteful art pieces adorning the walls and thoughtfully designed interiors. The bed was comfortable, providing a restful night's sleep after a long day of work. The amenities were top-notch, including a well-equipped gym. What truly made my stay memorable, however, were the two outstanding restaurants located on the premises - Pablo and Cartel. Both eateries offered exceptional service, with staff members who were attentive, knowledgeable, and friendly, making each dining experience a true delight. Pablo, an elegant fine dining restaurant, exceeded all of my expectations with its beautifully presented dishes and exquisite flavors. I indulged in a sumptuous five-course meal that showcased an array of mouthwatering delights, such as the perfectly seared scallops and the melt-in-your-mouth slow-cooked lamb. The wine list was extensive, and my waiter expertly recommended the perfect pairings for each course. I simply could not have asked for a better dining experience. For a more casual yet equally satisfying dining option, Cartel offered a wide variety of dishes and beverages in a chic, relaxed atmosphere. The menu was an exciting fusion of local Filipino flavors and international cuisine, with each dish bursting with flavor and beautifully presented. The cocktails were expertly crafted and absolutely delicious, making for an excellent way to unwind after a day of sightseeing.

The neighbourhood is always great. Usually I enjoy the Salcedo markets whilst I'm there, but did not stay during a weekend. The area though always feels so familiar and friendly.

There was paint work going on in one of the nights of my stay. It was difficult to sleep with doors constantly slamming and the sound of the paint rollers applying the paint on the walls was quite loud and present. I know these works have to happen but would have been great to have been warned prior to the job happening. Some of the room fixtures like wardrobe doors have deteriorated over the years and probably needs refreshing, but generally the rooms are always clean.

The room was quite spacious, the furniture and the bathroom were new and comfortable. The service at the front desk was professional and we got all the necessary information.

I normally do not taka breakfast, so the breakfast topic is not interesting for me. The coffee, however, was not good, but for me this is not a big issue. The surrounding area, though in Makati district, was not very pleasant looking, but we felt safe when walking at night. The real centre (Ayala shopping mall) was 15-20 minutes walking distance from the hotel. Overall, satisfaction prevails.

Overall this was a great stay, exceeded my epectations. Good value for a modern clean room, great service and in a great area. The location is great. IMO this end of Makati is nicer than downtown - it's mostly condos and offices, away from the malls. There is a really charming local park on the corner, with a running track and filled with locals out for a stroll in the evening. Charming and seems like a very safe area, with officers/enforcers on practically every corner!. The building is pretty new, it has a trendy vibe and pleasant decor. Rooms are large, very clean. Amenities are good, (and good to see they are not provided in small plastic bottles). Mineral water provided daily. Staff extremely friendly, and also are responsive and efficient in solving one or two minor issues Rooms include a kitchenette, and utensils and pans areavailable on request. There are on site restaurants (Pablo and Cartel) which have reasonable food. Pricing is at "Makati level", and it's OK quality, typical hotel food. A fixed price Breakfast menu available for 700php. Have to say there is a lot of great choices of restaurants all around the hotel. There is on site parking with 24hr security which is free, you just book ahead.

Nothing really

We were very impressed with the cleanliness and size of room. The premises are located in a great area, restaurants very close by with a 7/11 just outside. Excellent nights sleep, very quiet & peaceful, our room was bordering the road, but traffic noise barely noticeable. Also the hallway is fitted with carpet which reduces the noise from other guests moving about. A big plus are the staff - everyone so friendly & helpful. Would definitely return.

Television not working during our stay due to network problems. Microwave unit really not secured properly & could easily have fallen off the shelf to the floor when opening the Microwave door. Internet was a little patchy at times - annoying if you are relying on fast steady connection.

I have stayed here numerous times now. I like their clean rooms with balcony. They are always dependable and friendly. The door guards remember me every time I return. It's affordable. They seem to strive for excellence.

This time I was put in a room on a low floor. The room had a funky odor. I simply called front desk and they moved me immediately. There is also construction underway across the road. There may be noise on rooms facing LP Leviste.
