The most amazing stay I could’ve ever dreamed of! This is genuinely the best hotel to stay in if you’re looking to fully relax, unwind and recharge. The attentiveness of the staff is second to none and you will be treated like royalty. The rooms are extremely comfortable with all amenities. Every request is taken care of promptly and professionally. The food and drink offering is good. The pool area is relaxing and just perfect. If you’re thinking of somewhere nice to stay, this is the place!

Our stay at the Peninsula was beyond amazing. Truly a first class, luxury hotel. We were well looked after from the moment we were collected from the airport, until we were dropped off again to go to our next island destination. Our favourite parts of our stay were: Exceptional staff - it was all about the small details. The Pen did room service twice a day, and it was so lovely seeing your bed made and ready for you to hop into , ice prepared and bottles of water in the bedside after a big day of exploring the city. Amazing facilities! Security. Thank you for the beautiful stay and we can’t wait to be back.

The Peninsula Manila is a classic hotel, but I was worried the rooms would be dated. We chose to stay here anyway because of nostalgia - my husband went to high school in Manila and 20 years ago his parents used to go to the Peninsula for staycations when they wanted to get away from their kids :p. The lobby is huge - beautiful and elegant. The service is top notch. The rooms are comfy and, while not super new, don't feel old by any means. They let us have super late checkout too. Walking distance from the nicest area in town, Makati. The most memorable thing for me though was the room service Club Sandwich lol - it was the best I've had in my life. Overall the Peninsula is a great value and we highly recommend. It will be the only place we stay when we come back to Manila and we hope next time to have time for afternoon tea, which looked lovely.

You know what you're getting with the Peninsula. Spacious rooms with comfortable beds and great service. The pool area is nice and you can do proper lengths. There are a lot of shops and restaurants within walking distance and with the Manila traffic, it's a good location if you have to get to the airport.

It didn't bother us but if you want to sunbathe, you can't as the sun is behind the hotel in the afternoon.

Water Pressure- So strong, heater was working well. I had a chance to use the bath tub and didn't have trouble filling it up. Wifi Connection- It was an exemption that a room can connect 10 devices all at the same time. It was definitely a bonus. Helpful Staff- from housekeeping to room service to front desk and concierge, all provided excellent service, very respectful from check-in to check-out. Bed- We were given 2 twin beds. It wasn't exactly a fit for us having a 6-ft husband and a 5'3 son plus me being 5'4 so we had to pull both beds together to make us fit but there was still a gap. Nevertheless, we still like its comfort, pillows were a bonus.

Location - Although Glorietta and Landmark was near, it still required like a 10-15min walk per way, depending on where you want to go. The underpass was open but when we were there, the escalator going up wasn't so it was definitely a challenge for my husband who has a knee problem. This wasn't the hotel's fault though but one has to really put an effort you if you want to go to Greenbelt/Glorietta area or SM Makati.

Conveniently located near all the shopping places in Makati. The lobby is really the best part of this and is never without people especially in festive seasons. My family has been dining here on different occasions and had a number of them over Christmas or New Year. The staff are excellent, always polite and will be quick to attend to your requests. I was amazed by how unfrazzled they seemed even in busy periods. as this is one of the older properties in Makati, the rooms are spacious.

The room and bathroom styles shows its age and could probably use a redecoration. it’s really a minor thing though and a matter of preference.

This is for sure a legacy hotel. As soon as you step into the hotel, you realize the number of years , history, and stories around the corner. Great location. Christmas is another level at this hotel and surely you are going to experience something grand.

My challenges have been addressed with the team. Thank you to Miguel and other involved team members. But I believe the system is not seamless to recover and sort some complaints. The operation is huge, the team is not manned enough… hence expect few hiccups along the way. however, Rest assured somebody will be there to attend to your concern and listen to your views. Still I recommend the place and experience.

Even though this is an older hotel, it's very well kept. Rooms are very nice, breakfast at the Lobby is excellent also the buffet restaurant is also excellent. I love the pool hours...opens at 6am and closes at 10pm. The pool bar and the employees are best...I felt I made new friends there.

The only thing i have are the outlets in the room. I wish there was near the bed where the nightstand is.

The hotel is impressive, starting with its huge lobby and top-quality facilities, but the stars are clearly the staff! Super-friendly and efficient, all of them. The room was very comfortable and the services were very professional.

My only gripe with the hotel is that the check-in process is too looong... Had to wait almost 10 minutes to be attended, and there was only one person in front of me. Also, didn't love the location. If you have to be in Makati, or if you love shopping malls, the location won't be a problem. But if you like street life, activity and city vibes, this area is not for you.
