rooms were clean had good air con beds were comfy pillows soft bathrooms clean, shower was slightly better in our friends room but ours was still good. The staff were fab organised trips to the waterfall whale swimming and island trip for us they also did nice food that you could get at anytime of the day. The view out over the sea was lovely and plenty of social places to sit and chill. Location was fab about a 10 min walk to restaurants and about a 15/20 min tricycle journey to the waterfall and port for whales and island trip. They let us shower on our last day even after we’d checked out!

This a nice hotel, I booked 2 rooms for 14 nights and when we came we realized that the hotel is beachfront, but there is no beach actually, the hotel stairs leads to the sea. That's actually great, but for me travelling with 2 small kids and working online sand beach was a requirement. My booking was non-refundable, but I tried my luck and negotiated with the hotel, and they kindly agree to change my dates without any fees and refunded the nights I didn't use. Even more, when I had to extend my stay here for 1 day and I booked 1 room instead of 2 rooms, and when I was going to check out from 1 room, hotel notified that I can keep second room as well at no cost! Hotel is great location if you would like to swim with whale sharks! The hotel staff is very kind. Hotel has great views, nice pools. We loved our stay here!

The only thing that wasn't met our expectations was a beach, there is no beaches at Oslob though)

The staff were incredible. The owner decorated the place with all her art which was so personal and really added to the atmosphere. There’s food and grocery offered right there so no need to worry about where to eat in your first night arriving. They rented us a motorbike and gave us a discount for only using it half day. They returned my glasses to me that I left after check out the net day on the incoming ferry. I cannot thank the staff enough for their outstanding hospitality! As for the rooms and facilities etc. Location: central, 20 minute motorbike to Tumalog falls, monkey sanctuary on the way was great! Beds: BIG and very comfy. fluffy pillows and good comforters. Room: large, clean, has a tv and private bathroom bathroom: also had ample space and clean, working facilities shared space: beautiful. The furniture was all wood or marble and looked like it had been collected by the owner as well! we loved the rocking chairs looking out at the ocean. There’s lots of breeze from the water since it is all open and the pool with a slide is in the centre (would’ve been great for those with kids) Stairs leading to the ocean was also very picturesque. Overall great stay! Highly recommend.

The room was nice on the balcony side. Beautiful view of the water. Comfortable bed and hot water shower. Nice and relaxing lounge area, with swings and rocking chairs. On-site restaurant with good food. Friendly staff. Great value, and they effectively thought of everything you might need, trial size soaps, shampoo, conditioners, toothpaste, toothbrushes, face clothes, and towels.

There was nothing I didn't like. The only thing is the pictures make the pool seem bigger than it is, but I didn't use the pool.

I like this place and always stayed here when came to Oslob. There is great owner that can manage everything. She is kind and hospitable. The resort is comfortable for staying. They can provide driver for a whale shark area and the waterfall for affordable price.

Unfortunately, there is one worker here that is extremely poor and unpleasant with poor attitude and behaviour and without any skills to manage any problems that might appear with the Internet or something else like upgrading rooms. But there are another good people and the owner with whom you can deal easily. It is worth staying here. Just don't keep attention to some people.

Excellent resort. Staff are very friendly and attend to customers needs. Location is perfect, very close to whale watching. Affordable. budget friendly. The room was very clean and bed is comfortable with clean bed sheets. Atmosphere is very pleasant. I highly recommend this resort. Thank you Saschas for a memorable and pleasant stay. I will definitely stay here again.

The breakfast was delicious and affordable. The location is good. The staff are professional ( Filipino way). The attractions were worth it ( whale watching for family is very good, Hidden Falls is beautiful for adventurous travelers like us. The hotel is walking distance from the Supermarket, public market, Quartel ruins, BDO ATM, laundry service, pharmacy, Filipino restaurants ( Karenderia), Balot vendors, bakeries etc…

The windows, needs some fixation because it was leaking during the storm. The Tumalog falls trip, disappointing, the place is for the cheap and lazy tourists, concrete road + motor cycle pollution.😭

Staff were very kind. They also recommend a rental motor which is cheaper vs riding public transpo. Near eatery is chicken wings 1 min walk 5 min walk to town proper/market Front beach and have small swimming pool. 10 min trip to whale, tumalog and sumilon sand bar

Need to improve on curtain. Need to fix it so outside cant see us while sleeping.

Beautiful location and beautiful public area with the pool. The view is gorgeous, especially with a full moon.

The bathroom / room could use a little maintenance. It was overall fine but little pieces chipping away of looking stained give off a weird vibe. The hot water was very odd, it would come and go and be really hot and then not. Shower head needs to be cleaned of the calcium build up.

staff location sea facial basic but gets good family type vibes: it was owners birthday and they did invite us for food and all, we didn't take it as we vegetarian but the overall staff was good and accommodative of our requests

nothing much ... maybe the toilets can be a bit more clean otherwise everything was good
