We were allowed to cook our own food and they have a large area on the roofdeck where we can eat.

Location has no access to the beach. We have to walk up to 20mins back out to the hiway so we can enter thru the main road going to Alona Beach.

The hotel was sparkling clean. Downstairs, there's dining table, microwave, toaster , rice cooker. Upstairs, you can do some cooking. There's no ref inside your room but you can put your drinks in their ref. You can request also daily room cleaning and change beddings. Aircon is good.There is also a parking if you bring a car.

There's no direct access to the beach. If you dont have a car, you have to walk to the main road. It was muddy with water because it was raining always. You have to find a path at the sides of the road.

Their family room was so spacious that even kids could run around the room. They have a small balcony, safety box and a water dispenser near the lobby with hot and cold water for everyone. They also said they have free coffee.

Their shower wasn't working at all. They only put a bucket in the shower room for us to use. Some of my family members also said their toilet smells but I never used it during our stay though.

Aside from it is cheaper than many places there, you can cook and they have free hot and cold water. It’s only 2mins walk to Alona Beach through Best Western Hotel. It is so so close to everything. We had such a great time. thank you Casa Teofista! I pray for more guests for you.

everything was great, the room is really spacious.

the staffs are very nice and they even look for a van for us. they have wifi with a decent connection. the place is 10-15min walk from the beach. though it is not by the beach but is not busy nor over crowded either which is nice also. this is better if you are just going to sleep and you have your iterenary for the day. the shampoo, toilet paper and towels are provided, no bidet but there's tabo. There's a free coffee, sugar and creamer in the pantry.

room 110 in particular has a not so pleasant smell. We raised this to the staff and ask if we can move to another room since the other 2 rooms we occupied at the time do not have the same smell as that of room 110, but they said they were fully booked ( even though the room next to us is vacant ). We have some discomfort sleeping and eating in the room because of the smell, but the other 2 rooms is great so i still give our total stay an 8

I can totally recommend this place. Value for money especially with the free drink all you want coffee and water.

Not beachfront. The place where you could easily access the beach will not allow you back through if you took a bath/ swam in the beach. You could go back to your hotel or room using a very long cut. Not friendly to swimmers with kids small as mine

The pathway going outside , to the beach or to the city center, road is not concrete. Thankfully, Best Western Ivy Wall Bohol, let's guest from Hotel Casa Teofista to walk through going to the beach. Otherwise , it would be a long walk to the other side to see beach front.

Everything! There's hot & cold water, free coffee and kitchen, spacious room at affordable price, very accomodating staff, a 15mins walk to the beach and a strategic location.

the only down side is the road to the hotel, when it rains, there's also muddy trail/road and it would be hard to get passed because of the flood but all in all everything was nice.

The staff were very accommodating, location is very near to Alona Beach via Best Western. The room is also big than other accommodations we've been since we arrived in Bohol.

Small parking space. We've brought a sedan and we were having a hard time parking.
