Our stay was comfortable. The staffs are so accommodating and hospitable. Highly appreciative and good customer’s service. We enjoyed the pool and the amenities. The stay itself was warm and cozy. Though the wooden floor made a squeaky sound when walked but it was tolerable. It was a bit of a walk from the main road but the shuttle and other transpo provided were active that it did not provide any hassle with our transportation needs. Front desk were friendly and prompt to our calls and messages via messenger. Neil is good and very engaging to customers. We highly recommend their accommodation, good for couple and group stay.

This resort was incredible, from the moment we arrived and checked in (earlier than check in time) the staff could not do enough for us. The bungalow was amazing, spacious, clean, looking onto a fabulous pool. Niels the owner was very friendly and helpful, as were all his staff, sorted a trip for us on one of our days which did not disappoint. The restaurant on site does fabulous, inexpensive food, we ate breakfast there each morning and everyone of them was delicious. Very quiet at night, very relaxing experience. Also offers free shuttle service to and from beach / nightlife

Nothing, everything was amazing

We arrived at the hotel at around AM time and we put our luggage at this hotel. We could use the upstairs space to organize my luggage. Furthermore, we could use the pool. Staffs were very friendly and accommodating. That was an amazing service I have ever had. The pools are always cleaned by hotel staff every morning. We could eat our breakfast at our cottages. The price was an affordable price. From Alonabeach to the hotel the shuttle bus service was amazing! Lastly, We arrived at the hotel from the sightseeing spots. We were going to be late for our flight check-in but the owner drove us to the airport by himself. I would like to thank the staff and the owner for their kind service.

For paid activities ：the hotel should explain in more detail to the guests what the total cost will be, instead of posting a cost table, listing the cost of a major title, and mixing in some sub-title costs, and then I asked about it except for snorkeling Apart from the equipment, are other costs included? The hotel replied "yes"; another half-day country trip was asked, and the price of the actual visit was different. If your English is not very good, it is recommended to buy kkday directly.

It's a very cozy place. We love the vibe! Its an IG-worthy resort. The Cafe at the upstairs lounge was my favorite spot! Great for virtual meetings! Internet was high speed. At night, it's peaceful and quiet. Too bad I was not able to try their spa. The entire property is kept clean at all times. The staff were very accommodating and highly approachable. The food is great, too! For the tours We requested the staff to organize it for us. The drivers/tour guides are professional. Bonus was the free shuttle service to the beach! We definitely enjoyed our stay!

The property vibe's so chill - just right for a vacation. It really feels like we "got away" from all the noise of city life. Staff, including the owner, are very warm and accommodating to all our needs and special requests. This hotel is accessible to both Alona beach and the airport.

I would appreciate it if there was a rack in the shower area to put my soap and shampoo while bathing. Also, a shower curtain wouldn't hurt. But don't get me wrong the BIG BIG space makes up for the shortcomings of the bathing area.

Nestled down a quiet, unassuming road about a 10 minute walk or 3 minute ride to busy Alona beach, with a free shuttle during the day. The rooms are spacious, clean, and comfortable with A/C and a fan that work great. Shampoo, body wash, and bath towels provided. There is no safe but there is a cupboard that you can lock your valuables in with a luggage lock. The pool is marvellous and the grounds are beautiful. There is a massage cabana by the pool and the hotel staff arranged for massage therapists to come on site for 400 pesos for 60 minutes. The hotel also has a great selection of scooters for rent right on site - we took two of the big bikes (600 pesos each for 24 hours) for our DIY countryside tour and they were in excellent condition. We never ate at the restaurant here but can confirm that there is beer, pop, water, and smoothies for sale at very reasonable prices. Above all, the service was exceptional. The friendly staff arranged for our laundry to be done, scheduled taxis when the shuttle wasn't available, and even helped us make alternative travel arrangements when our ferry was cancelled. Thank you so much for a wonderful stay!

The only thing I can think of - and it is very trivial and irrelevant to our enjoyment of the room - was that the walls could use a bit of artwork. I think that some colour on the walls/decor would make the inside as magical as the outside.

the room was spacious. it was clean. the linens and towels smell good. the pool was always clean. the whole place is spotless. the staffs were all friendly, helpful,polite and very accommodating. they provide free shuttle service going to Alona beach even though it’s just a 15 minutes walk away. Island World is highly recommended to those who like to have peace and quiet after a busy day at the beach or country side tour.

nothing much bothered me but it would have been nicer to have toiletries stand near the shower area because some guests like me bring their own toiletries and there’s nowhere to put it but in the floor. and also a mirror outside so you can check yourself out without having to go inside the bathroom.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Island World Panglao, and I must say it was an excellent experience from start to finish. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warm smiles and exceptional hospitality that made me feel right at home. The resort itself is a true gem, nestled in the heart of Panglao Island. The stunning natural beauty surrounding the property created a serene and peaceful atmosphere that was perfect for relaxation. It was a great stay. Thank you!

The condition of the walkway itself outsidw the resort was less than ideal.

I was traveling with a friend and we had a nice stay at Island World - one night. The villa was simple/basic, clean and spacious. We had a table and chairs inside as well as outside on the patio and we enjoyed sitting outside at night. Staff were all helpful and friendly and directed us well. The location is off the main road running to Alona beach and it was about a 15-20 minute walk to get to the beach. IMO this is a great location as it's quiet in the area of the hotel but you have choices for bars/restaurants/coffee nearby.

Something to note - we had a villa with a loft and the ladder was quite steep. Nothing wrong with that, but neither one of us wanted to risk a fall at night so we both slept on ground floor bed. I have little kids and if I stayed here again I'd make sure to get a room with 2 beds on the main floor or inter-connecting rooms (which they have.) They will arrange an airport pickup, which is really nice, but the rate was 400 php and I think you can get to the hotel for less, as it's quite close to the airport.
