Beautiful villa with private pool and jacuzzi, we love to stay here cause it feel like home, the design was awesome with swing on the pool thats really nice to take a picture, thankyou for make a good memory for our trip in Bohol, If you looking for luxury & privacy, this's the right place to go. Everything was perfect villa is really clean, the service of the staff is very good, providing the services that we expect and according to what we need. Definitely recommend this place.

Enjoyed everything about this place is an excellent villa for couples or family with kids. Excellent location.. the private pool in the villa was awesome.. very relaxing stay and fabulous service. This was our 2nd time staying here.. Nice breakfast and fantastic food. Will hope to visit again in future. Thanks for good hospitality

Own Pool was really nice. Privacy was the highlight of our stay, coupled with peace and quiet. Staff were very friendly and accommodating and happy to clean the pool each day if required. Staff also decorated our bed before arrival as this was our honeymoon which was a nice and thoughtful gesture. Bedroom was nice, bed very comfortable and an adequate sized TV with Netflix. Spacious kitchen with a big fridge and freezer. Big bathroom with good water pressure and temperature for the shower.

Toilet seat was very loose and the flush was weak. Wifi was unfortunately slow most of the time.

Loved every moment here and didn’t want to come home. The villas are just gorgeous. Service was impeccable and a big thank you to the staff who was fabulous. Location is right in the middle of food and shopping. Supermarket is right at the end of the street, a two minute walk, which is so convenient. Can buy food and alcohol. Their attention to small details, cleanliness and kindness made it so memorable. Best holiday I have ever had. Thank you to all the amazing staff. We will be back. We will definitely return here again. Highly recommend!

Stunning private villa close to the beach—best vacation we’ve ever had, thanks to Pineale Villas! This was so luxurious and calming while being close to exciting nightlife and restaurants. surrounded by park and palm trees! We loved the pool, it was a great size for a private area. The villa is stunning, completely private and incredibly spacious. It’s equipped with everything you could possibly need - we thoroughly enjoyed having the use of kitchen facilities with a induction hob so we could cook for ourselves if we didn’t fancy eating out. The bed was so comfortable as were the sun loungers. All of the staff are so friendly and helpful from reception to the housekeeping and maintenance staff - nothing was too much trouble. Our villa was thoroughly cleaned daily and were given fresh towels/linen and drinking water. The location is excellent, . Everything is on your doorstep - beach, minimart, supermarket, countless bars, restaurants, beach clubs and cafes. The villas are located on a small side street just off of the main road but despite this, you couldn’t hear any traffic or noise, it was so quiet and peaceful.

The property was exceptional. From the beautifully maintained gardens, the indoor/outdoor feel of the place, great pool, and beautiful design with some artful touches, we loved every aspect of our Villa. I love the room, it is big and comfortable, marble toilet is amazing, kitchen is really big with all utensils for cook. Their staff are really friendly and helpful. They really care about your privacy, which is what we expect and look for. Overall, i love the villa. We HIGHLY recommend this property as you will not be disappointed.

WE LOVE THE AMBIANCE AND THE POOL. I LIKE THE FEELING OF PRIVACY IN EVERY VILLA. I LOVE THAT WE HAVE OUR LITTLE DINING AREA AND COMPLETE KITCHEN AND DINING WARE. HOPE THEY HAVE MICROWAVE TOO SOON.

ITS QUITE FAR FROM THE MAIN ROAD, AND EVERYTIME YOU WANT TO GO TO THE BEACH WE SPEND ALOT ON THE TRICYCLE, IF YOU WANT TO WALK, THE ROAD IS NOT THAT GOOD, BUMPY AND NOT CEMENTED. OUR TOILET HAS AN ISSUE WITH PLUMBING, AND ALL THE SOAP AND SHAMPOO DISPENSER IS REALLY HARD TO PUMP.

Super kind, lovely staff, reasonable price, value for money, private, good for kids, arranging Tuktuk driver with proper price. Driver also very good. Peaceful place that I’ve ever been. My kids loved this accommodation rather than 5star hotel.

Breakfast Juice should be developed. Do not provide hot tea with tap water. Little cockroachs around kitchen. One of toilet didn’t work. Water pressure was quite weak.

Great location, in a quiet street just off the main strip the villa was amazing, super comfortable bed, everything from the villa was great, also beautiful marble bathroom, nice water pressure and heater. Room and kitchen are beautiful and very big. It was really modern and private. The ammenties were great and it was good value. The staff were so friendly, always ready to help and were very kind to us. We loved our stay here. Would highly recommend this villa and would return.

Easily the best place I stayed in Philippines and I changed my location 6 times. The location was amazing, It is located in a quiet street but very close to busy street of Alona. Everything was fantastic from the time we arrived at the Villa. The villa was really amazing and luxury, very clean, loved the private space. the bathroom was the absolute highlight! You will feel the peaceful and calm. The people who worked at the villas were very friendly. I already recommend to my friends and my family.
