The staff Rommel/Syra were great, there to answer all questions. They set up my tour to underground river cruise before arriving, different ways from airport etc. The price cannot be beat for a double bed room with air/private bath. For breakfast to be included at this price was awesome, toast/egg/cheese/coffee-tea with jam and butter. Coffee as you please with a kitchen...

It was ok for me but for some being 2km off main road may not be. It is a dollar each way to main road/Robinsons mall. If you want to go elsewhere from there about 15 pesos (25¢) for jeepney. My cost from airport $1.25.

EACH AND EVERYTHING Saira is a really very good person and also big-hearted and super friendly. I checked in early and I stayed there for three nights. I rented a motorbike from her and went to El Nido for a short stay. I kept my baggage here for two days and took some of my clothes and belongings for El Nido Trip. She also gifts me an ocean bag. Definitely, I will miss this homestay. Everything was so perfect and fine. If I ever come back to Palawan, I will stay here for sure. Oh, they provide free water refills and coffee and in the morning free breakfast also.

Mmm, The place is a little bit far from the city. And you have to pay for the tricycle all time 15-20pesos just to go to the main road. Ants are a bit in the rooms. As this is a budget-friendly homestay. You gotta sacrifice this.

Great for the price, and even had a small breakfast included!! Staff were very helpful and friendly. They offer laundry service and bike rent, which is useful if you need to go to che city center. It is quite far from the center but very quiet and nice place to relax. Nice balcony upstairs with free coffe and water. It's a real local homestay, so do not expect hotels standards. Good value for the money we paid.

A bit far from the center and from restourants, but there are some small local food places nearby with local food. Ants a bit everywhere. Small bathroom, and need the bucket to flush the toilet.

The staff is really nice. She helped and guided me a lot for our trips. They also have free drinking water and coffee. Breakfast are included but served after 7am only. Beds are comfy as well.

If you're traveling with kids, this is not a place for you. There were some small bugs and place is quite far from the main road which makes it harder to hire a cab for your tour. No toiletries available yet the staff is really nice to buy some for us and charged us only the actual fee. Toilet is really small, it's a bit hard to get in and out but still manageable.

Real Value for money! Paying less for the hotel accommodation and breakfast WITHOUT sacrificing the comfort and quality. The staff are warm and welcoming; assisted my tours everyday (although there are things that I don't like but it's the provider of the tour, the hotel does not have anything to do with it). Great experience; from the airport up to the hotel, and until my arranged transfer to El Nido today...

the ladies who look after the property were so lovely. they will organise any transport you need. I asked them to book a tour for me and taxi to the airport for 6am. all was great and the taxi driver even came half an hour earlier to pick me up 😃(I think he was earlier just to reassure me that he won’t be late as I was a bit worried about being late for my flight). my room was very specious and clean. there was no trash and no insects.

the property maybe is a but worn out but it serves the purpose to have a good and comfortable sleep.

The accommodation is quite basic, but excellent value for money. Close to airport. We found a lovely place to eat close by. The lady who runs the homestay is just so nice and all others friendly and helpful. Can organise all tours, buses, etc, and motorbike at very good price. Included in the price was egg, toast, and coffee breakfast which was a good way to start the day. We enjoyed our time there and will hopefully stay again when we fly out.

It's a decent place to stay, especially considering the price. The room is basic but enough. Wifi works well. There's free drinking water and coffee. The people there are really kind, welcoming and helpful, they helped me a lot with my early morning transport to the airport for which I'm very grateful.

The shower in the room was pretty much useless because the pipe is broken, which was really inconvenient. Also the location is a bit out of the main steets, but you can make it there with a trycicle pretty fast and the hosts gave good directions for how to find them.

Unbeatable value for the price. Amazing and huge breakfast, very friendly and hospitable staff. Silent location in a peaceful neighborhood. Clean bedsheets and towels. Free drinking water. Good Wi-Fi. And again: people are SO nice!

The room next to the kitchen seems to have a little ants problem and one bedframe might need fixing. But hey - that's minor issues for a friendly and very affordable place like that.

I have my own house in the north of Palawan and travel to Puerto Princesa quite frequently and the Casaoro Homestay has become my home away from home. It's in a very quiet neighbourhood not far from Robinson Shopping Mall where you can catch a multicab or tricycle into the city. It's fantastic value for money including a good breakfast. The staff are very friendly and helpful including the owner Rommel.

Nothing I can think of.....especially for that price.
